| 中文摘要: | 摘要 融资租赁作为一种重要的商业模式,属于金融领域中五个主要形式之一,与银行信贷、直接融资、信托和保险并列,在金融行业中发挥着关键作用。随着全球经济的迅猛增长,中国已跻身世界租赁业排名第二,成为亚洲最大规模的租赁市场。然而近几年,由于市场宏观环境逐渐下行,行业发展问题逐渐凸显,在发展中也出现了行业属性不明、业务模式有待转型、企业空置率过高以及人才紧缺等问题,各公司开始寻求专业化发展模式,如何制定适合公司的发展战略,是当前必须解决的问题。 HY金融租赁公司于2015年成立,是中国首家由民营制造业股东发起设立并纯粹依靠民营资本支持的公司,具有特定的职责使命,为了使公司确保持续发展的能力,要进行战略布局,寻找适合HY金融租赁公司的发展战略。 本文通过PEST分析、波特五力分析模型、和SWOT分析等方法,发现并提出了HY公司在发展中存在的主要问题及原因,然后从公司层、业务层、职能层三个方面为HY金融租赁公司提出总体战略选择及实施方案,最后提出了战略实施的保障措施,通过研究HY金融租赁公司的发展战略,可以更好地了解融资租赁业务的发展,以帮助公司在竞争激烈的市场中保持竞争优势,实现可持续发展。 本研究提出以下建议,首先HY金融租赁公司应从市场开发的公司层战略出发,以集中差异化战略为核心,辅以各项财务、信息化、人力等资源保障,通过不断创新和拓展新领域,提高自身竞争力和市场份额;其次,应完善治理管理机制、加强内审机制建设,从组织机构体系方面为战略发展进行保障;同时风险管理体系是支撑公司持续发展的重要措施,应持续完善全面风险管理体系、建立差异化产业租赁风控模型;品牌建设则是提升公司形象和吸引客户的有效手段。最后,在实施发展战略时,公司仍需要密切关注市场变化和竞争对手动态,灵活调整战略,以适应快速变化的金融租赁市场。 论文在本人实际工作的基础上结合行业发展现状,对HY金融租赁公司的发展战略研究提出优化及实施保障,具有现实意义。 关键词:金融租赁;发展战略;SWOT分析 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract As an important business model, financial leasing belongs to one of the five main forms in the financial field, alongside bank credit, direct financing, trust and insurance, and plays a key role in the financial industry. With the rapid growth of the global economy, China has ranked second in the world's leasing industry and become the largest leasing market in Asia. However, in recent years, due to the gradual decline of the market macro environment, the development of the industry has become increasingly prominent, in the development of the industry has also appeared unclear attributes, business model to be transformed, enterprise vacancy rate is too high and talent shortage and other problems, the company began to seek professional development model, how to develop suitable for the company's development strategy, is the current problem that must be solved. HY Financial Leasing Company was established in 2015, is China's first private manufacturing shareholders initiated the establishment and purely rely on private capital support of the company, with a specific responsibility and mission, in order to ensure the company's ability to sustainable development, to carry out strategic layout, to find suitable for HY financial leasing company development strategy. Through PEST analysis, Porter's Five forces analysis model, SWOT analysis and other methods, this paper finds and puts forward the main problems and reasons existing in the development of HY Company, and then puts forward the overall strategic choice and implementation plan for HY Financial Leasing Company from the three aspects of company level, business level and functional level, and finally puts forward the safeguard measures for strategy implementation. By studying the development strategy of HY Financial Leasing Company, we can better understand the development of financial leasing business, so as to help the company maintain competitive advantage in the competitive market and achieve sustainable development. This study puts forward the following suggestions: First, HY Financial leasing company should start from the corporate strategy of market development, focus on differentiation strategy, supplemented by various financial, information, human resources and other guarantees, and improve its competitiveness and market share through continuous innovation and expansion of new fields; Secondly, we should improve the governance and management mechanism, strengthen the construction of internal audit mechanism, and guarantee the strategic development from the aspect of organizational system. At the same time, the risk management system is an important measure to support the sustainable development of the company, and the comprehensive risk management system should be continuously improved and the differentiated industrial leasing risk control model should be established. Brand building is an effective means to enhance the company's image and attract customers. Finally, when implementing the development strategy, the company still needs to pay close attention to the market changes and the dynamics of competitors, and flexibly adjust the strategy to adapt to the rapidly changing financial leasing market. On the basis of my actual work combined with the industry development status, the paper proposes optimization and implementation guarantee for the development strategy research of HY financial leasing company, which has practical significance.
