| 中文摘要: | 近些年来,国际关系的变化,各种不稳定因素随之而来,邻国及发达国家的发展给我国航空发动机制造带来了很大的压力,同时也带来了极大的机遇,随着国际航空制造业的竞争愈加激烈,满足客户需求逐渐成为航空发动机制造企业的目标。然而航空发动机的结构复杂、难度大,生产制造周期长,多品种、小批量的生产组织模式成为当今企业的主流方式,航空制造业更为明显,为了更好的提高企业产品的竞争力,从精益生产入手,系统的分析生产管理的现状,不断优化管理流程,同时融合IT技术,推进企业进行数字化提升,从而提升我国航空发动机制造业的整体水平。 通过阅读相关资料和相关文献可以明显看出,企业数字化转型可以有效实现企业的流程再造,重新进行资源配置,提高企业管理效率,降低生产成本,以一家航空发动机控制系统科研生产单位为例,分析目前的数字化管理现状,进而发现问题,解决问题。首先,文章对该企业情况进行概述,并对企业的数字化管理作了具体分析。其次,针对该企业的计划业务领域和制造业务领域存在的问题进行了深入分析和介绍。最后,针对问题的现状分析,从梳理公司内部计划业务流程开始,到制造业务的数字化最后一公里建设,对上述两大业务模块提出改进建议,并制定可行的运行方案。 本文以数字换转型和精益生产理论为基础,结合数字化管理的相关概念,对企业生产制造的数字化管理进行提升,利用数字化技术建立一套高效协同的计划管理流程,将需求端计划、公司主计划和执行层计划融为一体,帮助企业建立一整套完整的计划管理流程,过程中以提高客户评价为目的,简化计划和制造过程中的多余环节。在整个的数字化提升过程中,以精益生产思想为基础,构建计划管理体系和制造系统,让新技术和新思想更好的推动公司的发展,最终提升计划准确率,保证产品准时交付。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, changes in international relations, a variety of unstable factors followed, the development of neighboring countries and developed countries to China's aviation engine manufacturing has brought great pressure, but also brought great opportunities, with the international aviation manufacturing industry more and more fierce competition, to meet customer demand has gradually become the goal of aviation engine manufacturing enterprises. However, the structure of aero-engine is complex and difficult, the production and manufacturing cycle is long, and the multi-variety and small-batch production organization mode has become the mainstream way of today's enterprises, which is more obvious in the aviation manufacturing industry. In order to better improve the competitiveness of enterprise products, we start with lean production, systematically analyze the current situation of production management, constantly optimize the management process, and integrate IT technology. To promote the digital upgrading of enterprises, so as to improve the overall level of China's aviation engine manufacturing industry. Through reading relevant materials and literature, it is evident that digital transformation of enterprises can effectively achieve process reengineering, re allocate resources, improve management efficiency, and reduce production costs. Taking an aviation engine control system research and production unit as an example, this thesis analyzes the current status of digital management, identifies and solves problems. Firstly, the thesis provides an overview of the company's situation and provides a specific analysis of its digital management. Secondly, in-depth analysis and introduction were conducted on the problems existing in the planning and manufacturing business areas of the enterprise. In the final analysis of the current situation of the problem, starting from sorting out the internal planning business process of the company, to the last mile of digital construction of manufacturing business, propose improvement suggestions for the two major business modules mentioned above, and develop feasible operational plans. Based on the theory of digital transformation and lean production, and combined with relevant concepts of digital management, this paper improves the digital management of enterprise production and manufacturing, establishes a set of efficient and collaborative plan management process by means of digital means, integrates the demand-side plan, the company's master plan and the execution-level plan, and helps enterprises realize a complete set of plan management process. In the process, the aim is to improve customer evaluation and simplify unnecessary links in the planning and manufacturing process. In the whole process of digital improvement, the planning management system and manufacturing system are built on the basis of lean production ideas, so that new technologies and new ideas can better promote the development of the company, and finally improve the planning accuracy rate and ensure the on-time delivery of products. | |
