英文摘要：	As digital media technology continues to evolve, the broadcasting and television industry is undergoing a profound transformation. Among these changes, the Ultra High Definition (UHD) production system is considered a crucial component aimed at providing higher quality media production content to the market. UHD production technology has significant potential to enhance content quality, expand the market, and drive industry upgrades. However, to ensure the successful implementation of this technology, special attention must be paid to progress management and progress control during the system development process. Drawing from the project of the UHD production system for S TV station, this thesis applies project progress management theories to develop a proper progress management plan. The thesis initially highlights the characteristics and challenges of the project management of the UHD production system, emphasizing the urgency of strengthening progress management. Subsequently, in accordance with the project's characteristics, a detailed project progress plan was developed using project progress management theory and tools, including Gantt charts, Critical Path Method, and other relevant techniques. After creating the project progress plan, the thesis investigates methods and processes for project progress control in alignment with the project implementation context. Finally, a detailed analysis and design of various safeguard measures within project progress management are presented. By combining theory with practice, this thesis elucidates the significance of conducting systematic project progress management in UHD production projects for broadcasting and television. The proposed methods and measures not only contribute to the successful implementation of the UHD production system for S TV station but also offer a demonstrable framework for similar UHD projects. The research findings of this thesis hold significence for UHD projects in the broadcasting and television industry.
