中文摘要: | 伴随着我国工程建设逐步放缓,业主对于工程全方面都提出了更为苛刻的要求,对于工程设计的图纸要求交付时间更短、成本更加低廉、但是对于设计质量提出了更高的要求。A公司如何满足客户提出的更严苛的要求,在工程设计市场中始终保持优势,是A公司项目设计质量管理所面临的巨大的挑战。 本文依据项目设计质量管理,项目设计质量管理评价,层次分析法及模糊综合评价法的相关理论,针对A公司杨柳青变电站项目设计质量管理的现状及问题,并结合以往的工程经验,进行归纳总结,初步确定项目设计质量管理的层级结构及影响因素。之后邀请专家确定好层级结构,再对影响因素进行筛选,最终得出变电站项目设计质量管理评价指标体系。利用上述指标体系对杨柳青变电站项目进行设计质量管理评价,利用层次分析法解析出影响杨柳青变电站项目设计质量管理的所有因素的权重,将得出的影响因素权重影响进行排序;随后使用了模糊综合评价法对杨柳青变电站项目进行评价打分,得出此项目设计质量管理的最终分数,并对评价结果分析,分析杨柳青项目的经验与不足。因为变电站项目具有相似性,所以可以由具体实例推广到A公司变电站项目,提出A公司后续变电站项目设计质量管理主要需要从强化组织管理,优化资源管理,加强设计过程管控三个方面提升的建议。若采取以上建议,最终可以大大提升A公司变电站项目设计质量管理的水平。 公司设计产品质量由设计质量管理水平所决定。设计质量目的能否达成也是由设计质量管理水平所左右的。本文对于A公司提高变电站项目的设计质量管理水平,满足日益严峻的外部环境要求有一定的贡献。最终可以大幅度提升公司的设计质量管理水平,提升公司的核心竞争力。 | |
英文摘要: | With the gradual slowdown of engineering construction in our country, homeowners have put forward stricter requirements for all aspects of the project. They require shorter delivery time and lower costs for engineering design drawings, but have higher requirements for design quality. How Company A can meet the more stringent requirements put forward by customers and maintain its advantage in the engineering design market is a huge challenge faced by Company A's project design quality management. Based on the relevant theories of project design quality management, project design quality management evaluation, Analytic Hierarchy Process, and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, this thesis summarizes the current situation and problems of design quality management for Company A's Yangliuqing Substation project, and combines previous engineering experience to preliminarily determine the hierarchical structure and influencing factors of project design quality management. Afterwards, experts were invited to determine the hierarchical structure, screen the influencing factors, and finally obtain the evaluation index system for the design quality management of the substation project. Use the above indicator system to evaluate the design quality management of the Yangliuqing substation project. Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the weights of all factors that affect the design quality management of the Yangliuqing substation project, and rank the weights of the influencing factors; Subsequently, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate and score the Yangliuqing substation project, obtaining the final score for design quality management of this project. The evaluation results were analyzed to analyze the experience and shortcomings of the Yangliuqing project. Due to the similarity of substation projects, specific examples can be extended to Company A's substation project. It is proposed that the design quality management of Company A's subsequent substation projects mainly needs to be improved from three aspects: strengthening organizational management, optimizing resource management, and strengthening design process control. If the above suggestions are taken, the final level of quality management in the design of Company A's substation project can be greatly improved. The quality of the company's designed products is determined by the level of design quality management. The achievement of design quality objectives is also influenced by the level of design quality management. This thesis makes a certain contribution to improving the design quality management level of A company's substation project and meeting the increasingly severe external environmental requirements. Ultimately, it can significantly improve the company's design quality management level and enhance its core competitiveness. | |
