中文摘要:摘要 近年来我国逐步加强健康管理领域的监管力度,并逐步出台了一系列相关政策和法规,持续鼓励及规范健康管理服务的发展。健康管理平台正在随着技术的进步而不断发展,使医疗设备、医疗网络系统以及医疗系统相关服务等更加智能化,所提供的综合服务更加高效,有助于提高健康管理平台服务能力。 实现健康管理不仅需要技术的改进,更需要与健康管理流程相匹配的运营模式的优化。通过以Q健康管理平台为例,研究健康管理平台运营模式优化创新,以适应平台对用户进行全生命周期健康管理。通过配合投入资源和成本,达到平台运营模式优化的目标。以个体健康信息的互联共享为核心,形成个体健康、诊疗、服务、个性化的高效协同联动。 本文将结合具体案例探讨Q健康管理平台运营模式的现状及存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的优化建议,以期为相关领域的研究提供一定的参考和借鉴。以该课题为基础,明晰健康管理平台的发展方向,通过运营模式优化创造更多应用场景,为用户的专慢病管理、问诊、检查、治疗等健康管理需求提供更多选择。完善和扩大包括智慧医院、远程医疗和AI辅助健康管理在内的全场景健康管理平台业务,推动硬件设备和软件服务的系统集成,更好地满足用户个性化的健康管理需求。 本文主要的研究目的是以健康管理平台的运营管理现状为基础,发现平台运营管理存在的问题,以Q健康管理平台为例展开研究,探索健康管理平台运营模式,进而提出运营模式的优化方案,拟从以下几个方面进行研究:介绍平台运营模式现状,客观评述Q健康管理平台基本情况,以及当前平台运营情况;分析平台的运营模式,发现当前存在的问题、成因及特征,以及预测未来可能出现的风险;预设平台运营模式优化目标,围绕平台运营考核指标,提出运营模式优化后拟达到的预期目标;提出平台运营模式优化方案,并分析运营模式优化的实施保障及效果评价;拟结合前文综合论述,并进行总结,同时重申论文的研究目标以及对“互联网+医疗健康”行业的展望。 在研究过程中用到的研究方法包括:文献调查法、案例分析法、定性分析法、归纳分析法。本文所研究的主题方向较为新颖,研究的创新之处体主要现在:通过研究市场和用户需求,横向对比同类型健康管理平台商业模式、运营模式,构建了健康管理平台运营模式优化方法;引入人工智能、大数据等数字化技术优化健康管理服务环节,以实现更为高效的运营管理流程;打破既有的运营管理思维模式和局限性,寻找新的解决方案,进一步完善和优化“互联网+健康管理”平台运营模式。 关键字:互联网+;健康管理;运营模式优化 
英文摘要:Abstract In recent years, China has gradually strengthened the supervision in the field of health management, and gradually introduced a series of relevant policies and regulations to continuously encourage and standardize the development of health management services. Health management platforms are constantly evolving with technological advancement, making medical equipment, medical network systems, and medical system-related services more intelligent, and the comprehensive services provided more efficient, which helps to improve the service capabilities of health management platforms. Achieving health management not only requires technological improvement, but also the optimization of operational models that match health management processes. Taking Q health management platform as an example, this study explores the optimization and innovation of health management platform operational models to adapt to the platform's full-lifecycle health management of users. By coordinating input resources and costs, the goal of optimizing platform operational models can be achieved. Focusing on the interconnection and sharing of individual health information, an efficient collaborative linkage of individual health, diagnosis and treatment, services, and personalization can be formed. This article will explore the current status and existing problems of the Q health management platform's operating model through specific cases, and propose corresponding optimization suggestions to address these issues, with a view to providing some reference and inspiration for research in related fields. Based on this topic, clarify the development direction of the health management platform, create more application scenarios through optimizing the operating model, and provide more choices for users' health management needs such as specialized chronic disease management, diagnosis, examination, treatment, etc. Improve and expand the full-scenario health management platform business including smart hospitals, telemedicine, and AI-assisted health management, promote the system integration of hardware equipment and software services, and better meet the personalized health management needs of users. The main research objective of this article is to discover the problems existing in the operation and management of health management platforms based on the current situation of the operation and management of the platform. Taking the Q health management platform as an example, this article explores the operation mode of the health management platform, and proposes optimization solutions for the operation mode. The research is expected to be conducted from the following aspects: introducing the current situation of the platform operation mode, objectively reviewing the basic situation of the Q health management platform, and the current operation situation of the platform; Analyze the operation mode of the platform, identify current problems, causes, and characteristics, and predict possible risks in the future; Set the optimization goals for the platform operation model, and propose the expected goals to be achieved after optimizing the operation model based on the platform operation assessment indicators; Propose optimization solutions for platform operation models, and analyze the implementation guarantee and effect evaluation of operation model optimization; It is planned to make a comprehensive discussion and summary based on the previous article, while reaffirming the research objectives of the paper and the prospect of the "Internet & Health Care" industry. The research methods used in the research process include: literature survey method, case analysis method, qualitative analysis method, and inductive analysis method. The theme of this study is relatively novel, and the main innovations of the study are as follows: by studying the market and user needs, and horizontally comparing the business models and operating models of similar health management platforms, an optimization method for the operating model of health management platforms has been constructed; Introduce digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to optimize health management service links, in order to achieve more efficient operation and management processes; Break the existing operation management thinking mode and limitations, find new solutions, and further improve and optimize the "Internet & Health Management" platform operation mode.
