| 中文摘要: | 中国汽车产业发展日趋成熟,市场集中度不断提升,国内市场竞争日渐激烈,亟需出海寻找新的产业增长点和价值链增值机会。同时,在汽车产业电动化、共享化、智能化、网联化发展的大背景下,国内汽车产业加速创新转型,在全球范围内的综合竞争力快速增长。叠加中国不断深化区域合作伙伴关系,为中国汽车出口提供了广阔的发展空间。另一方面,当前,局部地区政治冲突不断、全球极端气候频发,全球化进程受阻,部分地区的贸易保护主义呈现抬头趋势,全球贸易形势存在诸多不确定性。在这样的大环境背景下,中国汽车出口企业的海外业务发展也面临着巨大的挑战和风险。当前,汽车企业出口渠道建设的风险管理多以第三方的信息咨询和企业经验为主,没有系统化的理论方法。随着全球环境的不断变化、新能源产品需求持续增加以及进一步扩大的汽车海外出口业务,中国汽车企业出口渠道建设需要更科学的风险管理理论依据和风险评估方法,指导企业科学且可持续的发展。 本文以Z汽车公司出口渠道建设为例,基于PMBOK风险理论中的风险识别、风险评价、风险措施等方法,将理论知识适时的应用于汽车出口渠道建设风险管理的实践当中。利用头脑风暴法和专家调查法对汽车出口渠道建设过程中存在的各类风险因素进行识别和分析。再通过风险矩阵法,明确风险因素的影响程度和发生概率,再进一步界定各类风险的等级,通过界定的不同风险等级,再匹配相应的风险应对策略,最后提出风险管控的保障方案,确保风险管理的实施和落地。 本次研究将风险管理知识应用于企业的实际运营,构建了针对汽车出口渠道建设风险管理的流程和方法体系,且具有一定的可操作性和普遍适用性,可以有效支撑中国汽车企业海外出口渠道布局,具有一定的实践意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The development of China's automotive industry is becoming increasingly mature, market concentration is constantly increasing, and domestic market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. It is urgent to explore new industrial growth points and value chain value-added opportunities overseas. At the same time, in the context of the development of electrification, sharing, intelligence, and networking in the automotive industry, the domestic automotive industry is accelerating innovation and transformation, and its comprehensive competitiveness is rapidly growing globally. The continuous deepening of regional cooperation partnerships in China has provided broad development space for China's automobile exports. On the other hand, the current trade situation is constantly changing, with unilateralism prominent, trade protectionism spreading, and anti-globalization trends constantly changing. Global economic and trade are severely constrained, and automobile export enterprises are facing more uncertainty and challenges under the influence of such external environment. Currently, risk management in the construction of export channels for automotive enterprises mainly relies on third-party information consulting and enterprise experience, without systematic theoretical methods. With the continuous changes in the global environment, the increasing demand for new energy products, and the further expansion of overseas automobile export business, the construction of export channels for Chinese automobile enterprises requires more scientific risk management theoretical basis and risk assessment methods to guide their scientific and sustainable development. This thesis takes the construction of export channels of Z Automobile Company as an example, and based on the methods of risk identification, risk evaluation, and risk measures in PMBOK risk theory, timely applies theoretical knowledge to the practice of risk management in the construction of automobile export channels. Identify and analyze various risk factors that exist in the construction process of automobile export channels using brainstorming and expert survey methods. By using the risk matrix method, the degree of influence and probability of occurrence of risk factors are clarified, and then the risk level is determined. Based on different risk levels, corresponding risk response strategies are matched, and finally, a guarantee plan for risk control is proposed to ensure the implementation and implementation of risk management. This thesis applies risk management knowledge to the actual operation of enterprises and constructs a process and method system for risk management in the construction of automobile export channels. It has certain operability and universal applicability, and can effectively support the layout of Chinese automobile enterprises' overseas export channels, which has certain practical significance. | |
