| 中文摘要: | 受到国际金融危机的影响,随着市场竞争格局的加剧,作为中国经济中坚力量的中小企业群体,正处在一个艰难的时期,中小企业迫切需要管理信息化来加强企业竞争力。天津优瑞纳斯液压机械有限公司(以下简称天优公司)为了适应新的形势,调整了企业发展战略,将信息化建设作为加强企业竞争力的重要工具。 本文首先讨论中小企业信息化建设理论,ERP项目的实施和风险管理理论,介绍了天优公司的发展历程和信息化建设项目在公司实施应用的必要性以及对天优公司ERP实施的动因进行分析,以项目管理和风险管理理论为依据,对天优公司ERP项目实施的风险识别与控制管理进行论述。 天优公司是机械制造企业,本文根据天优公司的实际情况和现代信息化建设的客观规律,将天优公司ERP项目实施分为3个时期,制定出团队协作控制关键点的分析问题和解决问题的程序和做法,将天优公司ERP项目进行全盘考虑,分步实施,结合每个阶段或时期的特点制定风险管理的步骤和内容,重点放在如何管理和规避ERP项目实施的风险,将风险分析和管理内容通过风险识别表与文字描述应对措施相结合的形式来表达。 本文结合天优公司ERP项目实施的实际案例,要探索一条中小企业实施ERP项目和进行风险管理之路,将复杂的ERP项目实施分解为相对简单的几个步骤或阶段来实现,并在ERP实施前后和ERP实施步骤中进行有效的风险管理。项目管理就是对项目风险的管理,了解和研究信息化建设项目的基本内容和风险,应用风险管理理论以及风险的管理机制对实施EPR 项目进行有效的管理是本论文的出发点。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Because of the effect of the international financial crisis,the marketing competition is harder,the group of Small-medium enterprises are at a difficult stage.The small-medium enterprises need the management information system to enforce the core of the competition ability.To be fit for the new situation,Tian Jin Uranus hydraulic machinery company adjusts the enterprise’s development strategy,make information construction a key tool of tool of the enforcement of the core competition ability. At first, discuss the theory of the informatization of the small-medium enterprises, implementation of ERP project and the theory of risk management,introduce Tian Jin Uranus company’s development history and the importance of the implementation of the informatization construction and the analysis of the reason of the ERP’s implementation .According to the theory of project management and risk management, dissertate the risk and control management of ERP’s implementation. Tian Jin Uranus company is a machinery manufacturing enterprise. According to Tian Jin Uranus company’s actual situation and impersonal rule of modern informatization construction, frame the procedure and the settlement of problem, consider the ERP project completely, implement the project step by step, according to each period’s trait frame the content of the risk management, pay attention to the risk of the ERP’s implementation, describe the risk’s analysis and control by word. According to the actual case of Tian Jin Uranus’s ERP implementation, search a way of ERP implementation and risk management, disassemble the complex implementation into some simple steps, pay attention to the risk management. Project management is the management of project’s risk, understand and research the basic content and the risk of informatization construction project, the application of the risk management theory and the effectual management of ERP’s implementation are this thesis’s springboard. | |
