中文摘要：	摘要 “环境、社会和治理”（简称ESG）在我国提出“双碳”目标后，越来越为人们所关注。从企业角度而言，除完成既定的ESG报告披露义务外，不少企业也开始思考如何将ESG理念与日常管理结合，实现企业经济、环境、社会价值的多赢，为企业发展积累可持续的竞争优势。 本文以ESG相关理论为基础，采用案例分析方法对ZH新能源科技股份公司的ESG管理有关问题进行研究，发现案例公司现阶段开展的ESG管理活动取得了一定成效，一定程度上帮助了公司评级提升，并适当缓解了公司的融资约束。经进一步研究发现，目前ZH新能源科技股份公司的ESG管理依然存在一些问题，如环境方面的管理缺乏系统化、社会方面对供应商等有关利益相关者的关注不够、公司治理方面ESG理念与公司战略有机结合等。针对存在问题，本文分别从环境、社会和公司治理等层面提出优化建议，主要包括：一是在环境方面，要不断提高环境管理的数字化、系统化水平；二是在社会责任方面，要增加对供应商、社区等利益相关者的管理或关注，更好地履行社会责任；三是在公司治理方面，要将ESG理念融入公司发展战略，找准ESG战略与公司业务的结合点，构建有效率的ESG管理架构等，本文研究对于企业试图推动ESG管理理念落地实施，具有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	"Environment, Society and governance" (ESG) has attracted more and more attention since China put forward the "double carbon" goal. From the perspective of enterprises, in addition to completing the established obligation of ESG report disclosure, many enterprises have also begun to think about how to combine ESG concept with daily management to realize the multi-win of enterprise economic, environmental and social values, and accumulate sustainable competitive advantages for enterprise development. Based on ESG related theories, this paper uses case analysis method to study ESG management related issues of ZH New Energy Technology Co., LTD., and finds that the ESG management activities carried out by the case company at the present stage have achieved certain results, helped the company to improve its rating to a certain extent, and appropriately eased the company's financing constraints. After further research, it was found that there are still some problems in the ESG management of ZH New energy technology Co., LTD., such as the lack of systematic management of the environment, the lack of social attention to relevant stakeholders such as suppliers, and the organic combination of ESG concept and corporate strategy in corporate governance. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of environment, society and corporate governance, including: first, in the aspect of environment, it is necessary to continuously improve the digital and systematic level of environmental management; Second, in terms of social responsibility, it is necessary to increase the management or attention to stakeholders such as suppliers and communities to better fulfill social responsibilities; Third, in terms of corporate governance, ESG concept should be integrated into the company's development strategy, the combination of ESG strategy and company business should be identified, and an efficient ESG management structure should be built. This study has certain reference value for enterprises trying to promote the implementation of ESG management concept.
