中文摘要：	当今世界，全球格局日趋复杂，国际国内政治经济形势多变，全球产业链供应链重构。同时恰逢新冠疫情爆发，这给世界各国都造成了不同程度的冲击。在这些因素共同作用下，许多企业遭受重创，甚至经营失败。而在各行各业当中，贸易行业作为资金密集行业，对于国际形势和大宗商品价格走势更加敏感，对资金风险也十分敏感。在特定内外部环境下，采取恰当的融资策略，选择合适的融资产品，并有效实施，对于贸易企业十分重要。 本文回顾了融资、融资策略、资本结构理论等相关理论，对我国目前贸易融资相关政策进行阐述，并基于AP贸易公司的情况提出了一些帮助其优化融资策略的措施。AP贸易公司是以大宗农副产品国际国内贸易为主营业务的贸易公司，同时在布局冷链仓储物流业务和供应链服务。由于公司成立时间不长，融资能力有限，但融资能力也在随业务规模扩张而逐渐提高。目前公司相关融资产品品种有限，融资成本相较于业务盈利能力而言相对较高，相关制度建设不够完备，操作流程不够严谨，因此融资策略优化空间较大。本文从融资产品选择、融资策略实施、管理保障措施等方面给AP贸易公司提供了一些目前阶段可操作、可完善的建议，以期能够帮助AP贸易公司提升融资管理工作水平，帮助企业降费增效，提高运营质量，也希望在分析AP贸易公司案例同时能够给同类行业或者经营状况相似的企业一些启发。
英文摘要：	The global landscape in the world is becoming increasingly complexed, the international and domestic political and economic situations are rapidly changing, and the global industrial chains and supply chains are being restructured. At the same time, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic has caused varying degrees of impact to countries all over the world. Under the combined action of these factors, many enterprises have suffered heavy losses, and even business failures. Among all walks of life, the trade industry, as a capital-intensive industry, is more sensitive to the international situations and commodity price trends, and is also very sensitive to capital risks. Under the specific internal and external environment, it is very important for trade enterprises to formulate appropriate financing strategies, select appropriate financing products and implement them effectively. This paper reviews theories about financing, financing strategies, capital structures, and other related theories, expounds the current trade financing policies in China, and puts forward some measures to help it optimize its financing strategies based on the situations of AP trade company. AP trade company is a trade company with international and domestic trade of bulk agricultural and sideline products as its main business, and is also in the layout of cold chain warehousing logistics business and supply chain services. Since the company has not been established for a long time, its financing capacity is not so good but gradually improving. There is not so many choices of related financing products for AP trade company, and the cost is a bit high compared to its profitability; what is more, the relevant system construction is not complete, and the operation process is not rigorous enough, so there is a lot can be done to optimize its financing strategies. This paper provides AP trade company with some operable and perfect suggestions from the aspects of financing product selection, financing strategy implementation, management safeguard measures, etc., in order to help AP trade company improve its financing management, help it to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improve operation quality. It is also hoped that the analysis of the case of AP trade company can also give some inspiration to similar industries or enterprises with similar operating conditions.
