中文摘要: 众所周知,癌症是威胁我们生命健康的重大疾病,呈现特点是“三高一低”,高发病率、高死亡率、高治疗费用、低五年生存率。相当一部分癌症患者确诊时已经处于中晚期,预后较差。研究表明,癌症患者的生存时间与其临床诊断发现的早晚密切相关,所以癌症急需早诊早治。癌症早筛是指针对癌症高危人群进行早期癌症以及癌前病变的筛查,重要性体现在以下几个方面:可以提高治愈率、可以降低治疗费用、可以提高患者生存质量。 本文选取了LP公司,进行癌症早筛业务竞争战略的相关研究,面对癌症早筛市场竞争激烈、产品同质化等现状,确保LP公司在癌症早筛业务获得竞争优势。文章首先介绍了研究背景和意义、研究内容以及研究方法;其次对战略管理的相关理论以及运用到的分析工具做了简要阐述;之后借鉴和运用了PEST分析法、波特五力模型竞争战略分析法、SWOT 分析法,对LP公司癌症早筛业务的外部宏观环境、行业竞争环境和内部资源能力进行了充分分析;然后结合LP公司的使命愿景以及战略规划,本文对三种竞争战略进行了可行性分析,确定差异化战略是符合LP公司癌症早筛业务的竞争战略;最后规划了LP公司癌症早筛业务差异化战略的实施保障措施。 综上所述,LP公司癌症早筛业务采取差异化竞争战略获得竞争优势。实施保障措施包括组织结构调整、控制机制优化、企业文化建设以及公司持续进行人力资源、研究开发以及市场营销管理,保障差异化战略的顺利实施。本文制定的癌症早筛业务差异化竞争战略,对于LP公司持续发展具有实践意义,对于其他公司开展相关业务具有借鉴价值,对于我国癌症筛查工作高质量发展具有推动作用。  
英文摘要: As we all know, cancer is a serious disease that threatens our life and health. It is characterized by high morbidity, high mortality, high cost of treatment and low five-year survival rate. A large proportion of cancer patients haven’t been diagnosed until advanced stage, resulted in poor prognosis. Studies have shown that the survival time of cancer patients is closely related to the time of clinical diagnosis, so early diagnosis and treatment of cancer is urgently needed. Early cancer screening refers to screening for early cancer and precancerous lesions in high-risk people groups. It can improve the cure rate, reduce the cost of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients. LP Company is selected to research on the competitive strategy of early cancer screening business. To start with, this paper introduces the research background, significance, content and methods. And, it briefly expounds the related theories of strategic management and the analytical tools, including PEST, Porter's five-force model, SWOT. These tools are used to analyze the external macro-environment, industry competition environment and internal resource capability of LP Company. Based on LP Company's mission, vision and strategic planning, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the three competitive strategies and determines that the differentiation strategy fits the competitive strategy of LP Company's cancer early screening business Finally, the implementation path and guarantee of the differentiation strategy are planned. To sum up, LP company cancer early screening business takes a differentiated competitive strategy to gain competitive advantages. The implementation path includes the organizational structure adjustment, the strategic control mechanism optimization, the enterprise culture construction. In addition, the company continues to conduct human resources, research and development, marketing management to keep the successful implementation of the differentiation strategy. The differential competitive strategy of early cancer screening business established in this paper is of practical significance for the sustainable development of LP company and of reference value for other companies to carry out related business, it can promote the high quality development of cancer screening in our country.
