中文摘要: 本研究旨在探讨T公司作为一家非标自动化制造公司,面对国内外企业激烈竞争的情况下,如何优化非标设备采购管理的策略及实施方法。通过对T公司目前的非标设备采购管理情况进行详细的分析,我们发现存在一些问题和挑战。针对这些问题,本研究提出了一系列改善措施和实施保障,旨在解决质量、到货及时率和采购流程等问题。 本文所涉及的研究案例和实施方法具有一定的理论和实践基础,采用文献分析法、实地调研法、案例分析法等研究方法,结合相应的理论及实际调查问卷分析,为同类型企业的管理提供一套完整的可行性方案。包含提升采购流程、改善采购组织、优化供应商管理和采购计划管理,实用性非常强,对非标制造企业具有很强的实际指导意义。 首先,针对采购流程的改善,我们建议规范化采购流程,明确采购需求的提出、供应商选择和合同管理等环节,以提高效率和减少不确定性。此外,我们还建议积极探索与合适的供应商建立长期合作关系,加强供应链协作,以提高采购流程的稳定性。 其次,针对供应商管理的改善,我们建议T公司加强与供应商的沟通与合作,建立良好的合作关系,并建立供应商评估与监控机制,以确保供应商的质量和可靠性。此外,针对采购计划管理的优化,我们建议T公司引入供应链管理系统,通过预测需求、合理安排采购计划以及优化库存管理,来降低成本和提高生产效率。通过本研究的实施,我们相信T公司可以提升非标设备采购管理的效率和效果,从而增强其在激烈竞争市场中的竞争力和可持续发展能力。 
英文摘要:The aim of this study is to explore how T Company, as a non-standard automation manufacturing company, can optimize its strategy and implementation methods for non-standard equipment procurement management in the face of intense competition both domestically and internationally. Through a detailed analysis of the current non-standard equipment procurement management situation at T Company, we have identified several issues and challenges, including quality concerns, on-time delivery rates, and process-related issues.In response to these challenges, this study proposes a series of improvement measures and implementation safeguards aimed at addressing quality, on-time delivery, and procurement process issues. The research case and implementation methods discussed in this thesis have a certain theoretical and practical basis. Research methods such as literature analysis, field research, and case analysis have been employed, along with corresponding theoretical frameworks and practical survey analysis. This study aims to provide a comprehensive and feasible solution for non-standard equipment procurement management, including the improvement of procurement processes, enhancement of procurement organization, optimization of supplier management, and procurement planning management. The findings of this study have practical significance and provide strong guidance for non-standard manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, with regard to improving the procurement process, we recommend standardizing the procurement procedures and clearly defining stages such as the initiation of procurement requests, supplier selection, and contract management to enhance efficiency and reduce uncertainties. Additionally, we suggest actively exploring the establishment of long-term partnerships with suitable suppliers and strengthening supply chain collaboration to enhance the stability of the procurement process.Secondly, for enhancing supplier management, we propose that T Company intensify communication and cooperation with suppliers to establish robust working relationships. It is also advisable to implement supplier assessment and monitoring mechanisms to ensure supplier quality and reliability.Furthermore, for optimizing procurement planning management, we recommend that T Company introduces a supply chain management system. This system can aid in demand forecasting, rationalizing procurement plans, and optimizing inventory management to reduce costs and enhance production efficiency. By implementing the recommendations from this research, we believe that T Company can enhance the efficiency of non-standard equipment procurement management, thereby strengthening its competitiveness and sustainable development capability in a highly competitive market.
