中文摘要：	设备管理是制造业生产保障的关键，也是企业提高生产能力的重要因素，企业设备管理能力的强弱直接影响企业的生产运营效率。随着近年来信息化、数字化技术和应用的发展，基于数字化的设备管理提升也成为了制造企业主要前进和改革的方向。尤其是对于资本密集型的汽车零部件制造业，通过数字化的方法可以帮助企业提高设备生产效率、降低设备维护成本、增强企业的综合竞争力。 本文以A公司为研究对象，探索在数字化背景下适用于汽车零部件企业的设备管理优化策略以及实现方法。通过观察法和案例分析等方法，对该企业设备管理当中存在的问题进行深入分析，并结合企业实际运营情况，明确设备管理数字化目标并梳理设备管理能力提升的思路。确立了以全员生产维护为基础，通过应用数字化技术对现有设备管理模式进行优化和改善。从设备预防维护、自主维护保养、设备事后维修和备品备件管理四个方面提出基于数字化的设备管理优化方案。根据优化方案制定实施计划，同时从设备管理保障体系和组织层面讨论如何支撑A公司设备管理优化活动。 A公司通过推行基于数字化的设备管理优化活动，期望建立完成的数字化设备管理运行系统，提升设备管理效率，降低设备异常停机带来的产能损失，降低生产运行成本，提高生产效率并发挥设备的最大效能。本论文的研究，基于汽车零部件行业特征提出数字化设备管理模式及其保障体系，具有较高的推广和借鉴价值，从而具有较高的现实意义。
英文摘要：	Equipment management is the key to ensuring production in the manufacturing industry and an important factor for enterprises to improve production capacity. The strength of enterprise equipment management capabilities directly affects the production and operational efficiency of enterprises. With the development of information technology, digital technology, and applications in recent years, improving equipment management based on digitization has become the main direction for manufacturing enterprises to move forward and reform. Especially for the capital intensive automotive component manufacturing industry, digital methods can help enterprises improve equipment production efficiency, reduce equipment maintenance costs, and enhance their overall competitiveness. This thesis takes Company A as the research object, exploring equipment management optimization strategies and implementation methods applicable to automotive parts enterprises in the digital context. Through methods such as observation and case analysis, in-depth analysis is conducted on the problems existing in the equipment management of the enterprise. Combined with the actual operation situation of the enterprise, the digital goals of equipment management are clarified and ideas for improving equipment management capabilities are sorted out. We have established a comprehensive production and maintenance approach based on the application of digital technology to optimize and improve the existing equipment management mode. Propose a digital based equipment management optimization plan from four aspects: equipment preventive maintenance, independent maintenance, equipment post maintenance, and spare parts management. Develop an implementation plan based on the optimization plan, and discuss how to support Company A's equipment management optimization activities from the perspective of equipment management guarantee system and organizational level. Company A aims to establish a completed digital equipment management operation system by promoting digital based equipment management optimization activities, improve equipment management efficiency, reduce production capacity losses caused by abnormal equipment shutdowns, reduce production and operation costs, improve production efficiency, and maximize equipment efficiency. The research in this paper proposes a digital equipment management model and its guarantee system based on the characteristics of the automotive parts industry, which has high promotion and reference value, and thus has high practical significance.
