中文摘要:近年来我国企业的外部环境发生了剧烈的变化,企业保持连续的竞争优势变得越来越困难。管理者逐步将关注焦点从内部资源转向到内外资源的动态平衡,并加大关注外部环境的变化。面临多变的环境,企业迫切需要建立快速反应机制、克服能力刚性以应对不确定因素的不断增加。企业要能够洞察环境的变化,能够根据变化,改变自身能力去适应环境甚至创造新的变化。企业的管理者也希望能够找到一种途径来创造持续不断的竞争优势,由此动态能力理论逐渐为管理者和学者所重视,并开始研究具体可操作性途径来培育企业的动态能力。 针对以上问题,本文通过对动态能力理论及知识转移理论的回顾,系统地分析知识转移和动态能力的研究现况。论文以知识转移为视角,动态能力培育为导向作为逻辑主线,对基于知识转移的动态能力培育过程进行详细分析。论文通过分析知识转移与企业动态能力的培育机理,剖析在知识转移过程中,知识和企业动态能力的演化途径与过程,建立了知识转移与企业动态能力培育之间的内在逻辑关系。论文分析了知识转移对动态能力三个构成要素:流程(Process)、位势(Position)和路径(Path)的影响,并就知识转移过程中构成企业动态能力的三个子能力的培育和发展过程进行了研究。基于以上的分析研究,论文建立了基于知识转移的企业动态能力培育模型,并基于模型的构建,进行操作性分析,提出实施措施。通过对模型中关键点的分析,建立模型实施的保障体系,以确保培育过程的顺利进行。研究表明,企业可以通过知识转移途径来增强环境洞察能力、配置与整合能力和变革能力,从而使企业在动态环境下能够改变自身能力以适应外部环境的变化。 本文以康富公司为案例,基于所构建的培育模型,通过对影响公司动态能力障碍因素的分析,针对公司实际情况,提出康富公司构建基于知识转移的动态能力培育途径和实施方案。论文的价值在于将知识转移与企业动态能力纳入到一个系统的分析框架中进行研究,进而构建了一个基于知识转移的企业动态能力培育模型,对企业动态能力的培育研究具有一定的借鉴作用。  
英文摘要:As the increasement of environmental uncertain factors which comes along with the furious external environment changes of domestic enterprises, it makes harder and harder for an enterprise to constantly maintain its high competitive ability. The focus point of enterprise is changing progressively from iternertial resource to the dynamic balance between internal and outside. Faceing with the unpredictable variational environment, the enterprise has to conquer its core capability and establish the rapid reaction system which could react to the environment changes. The importance and cultivation method of the dynamic-capability has been realized gradually by the enterprise management team. To solve the issues, the paper takes a systematical analysis on the current research status of knowledge-conduction and dynamic-capability by reviewing the theory. It analyses the evolution and cultivation procedure of dynamic-capability base on the knowledge-conduction prespective, oriented by dynamic-capability and using knoelede-conduction as the logical main track. Through the analysis the internal relationships between knowledge transfer and dynamic capability, the paper makes analysis on the dynamic cultivate process during the knowledge transfer processure. By analyzing the influence on the three constituent elements of dynamic-capability: Process, Position and Path which given by knowledge-conduction, the article constructs the dynamic-capablity cultivation model based on knowledge-conduction from two dimensionalities of knowledge evolution and capacity evolution. In the mean time, the article also formulates the effect ways of knowledge-conduction in dynamic-capablity system and takes pratical research based on model-construction. Research shows that the enterprise could increase the environmental-insight ability, configuration ablity, integration ability and change ablity by knowledge-conduction in order to cultivate and strength the capability on how to change self-ability and adapt to the external environment change for the enterprise. The writer uses Cornelius Tianjian for case study and make analysis base on effective factors of dynamic-capablity construction. According to the cultivation model of dynamic-capablity, represents the methods and implementation plan of constructing dynamic-capablity, analyses the obstacles to the implement and figures out the solutions. The innovations of the article lies in that to research knowledge-conduction and dynamic-capablity in one unified analytical framework under the change of dynamic environment analyse the interaction between them and construct the research model and provides guidance on dynamic capability cultivation
