中文摘要:随着互联网的迅猛发展,电子商务行业蓬勃兴起。作为电子商务的重要组成部分,电商仓储在实现产品流通和订单配送的过程中起到关键作用。但随着订单量的激烈增长和客户对时效的更高要求,仓储业如何在困难和挑战中提高企业的工作效率,成为企业能够生存下去的关键所在。当前仓储行业包含具有储存、中转、配送和保税功能的各类仓库,需要进行物品的进出、库存、分拣、包装、配送以及信息处理等六个方面的工作。电商仓储离不开现代信息技术的支持,进行科学合理的仓库流程和布局优化,能够提高企业的作业效率。 A公司是一家国内知名电商企业,本论文以A公司的H仓库作为研究对象,首先进行了A公司当前的情况介绍和H仓库的现状梳理,发现生产流程和各功能区布局存在问题,主要包括生产作业流程冗余、订单生产模式未区分和功能区划分不合理等问题。为了解决存在的问题,本论文以SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)方法为基础,收集H仓库的实际运作数据,调整当前作业流程,重新划分功能作业区,梳理其物流综合关系,设计出优化的仓储布局图。同时运用 Flexsim仿真软件对优化前后的H仓库进行仿真模拟,设定评价优化有效性的相关指标,对比各功能区优化前后的作业输出量和平均停留时间,验证优化后布局方案的有效性。最后,通过对仓库布局优化前后进行定性和定量的分析,发现优化后的仓库布局无论是定性指标还是仓库总作业量,都存在较好的改善,增强布局方案的合理性。通过对A公司H仓库的作业流程优化和调整功能区的位置和面积,使得优化后的仓库各功能区的每小时输出量提高,仓库总作业量减少30%,实现了提高H仓库作业效率,增强仓库布局合理性的目标。 本论文通过对A公司H仓库的问题分析,提出SLP法和Flexsim仿真软件相结合的方法,对H仓库的布局进行优化并验证其有效性,减少仓库内生产作业量和提高仓库的总体运营效率。将仓库管理的理论知识和计算机技术应用于解决企业实际问题,实现了理论与实践相结合,同时为类似H仓库的其他相关企业提供了参考模板。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the Internet, e-commerce industry is booming. As an important part of e-commerce, e-commerce warehousing plays a key role in the process of product circulation and order distribution. However, with the intense growth of order volume and the higher requirements of customers for timeliness, how to improve the efficiency of the warehousing industry in difficulties and challenges has become the key to the survival of enterprises. At present, the warehousing industry includes all kinds of warehouses with storage, transit, distribution and bonded functions, which need to carry out six aspects of the entry and exit of goods, inventory, sorting, packaging, distribution and information processing. E-commerce warehousing cannot be separated from the support of modern information technology, and scientific and reasonable warehouse process and layout optimization can improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. Company A is A well-known e-commerce enterprise in China. This thesis takes the H warehouse of Company A as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the current situation of Company A and sorts out the current situation of warehouse H, and finds that there are problems in the layout of production process and various functional areas, including redundancy of production process, undifferentiated order production mode and unreasonable division of functional areas. In order to solve the existing problems, based on SLP(Systematic Layout Planning) method, this thesis collects the actual operation data of H warehouse, adjusts the current operation process, re-divides the functional operation area, sorts out the comprehensive logistics relationship, and designs an optimized warehouse layout diagram. At the same time, Flexsim simulation software was used to simulate the H warehouse before and after optimization, set relevant indicators to evaluate the optimization effectiveness, compare the operation output and average residence time of each functional area before and after optimization, and verify the effectiveness of the optimized layout scheme. Finally, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the warehouse layout before and after optimization, it is found that the optimized warehouse layout has a good improvement in both the qualitative index and the total amount of warehouse work, which enhances the rationality of the layout scheme. By optimizing the operation process of H warehouse of Company A and adjusting the location and area of functional areas, the hourly output of each functional area of the warehouse after optimization is increased, the total work volume of the warehouse is reduced by 30%, and the goal of improving the operation efficiency of H warehouse and enhancing the rationality of the layout of the warehouse is realized. By analyzing the problems of H warehouse of A company, this thesis proposes a method combining SLP method and Flexsim simulation software to optimize the layout of H warehouse and verify its effectiveness, reduce the amount of production work in the warehouse and improve the overall operational efficiency of the warehouse. The theoretical knowledge and computer technology of warehouse management are applied to solve the practical problems of enterprises, which realizes the combination of theory and practice, and provides a reference template for other related enterprises similar to H warehouse.
