中文摘要:“双循环”新发展格局下,中小微企业是经济发展的重要基石,在2021年全球经济状态陷入萎靡不振的阶段,不同领域的结构性问题频频浮现,面对这种情况,中小企业主要依靠数字经济的推进来应对全球化竞争。但企业的发展离不开资金,中小企业资金短缺的问题一直以来都是国家关注的重点问题,为帮助中小企业更好地获取贷款,缓解融资困境,民建中央指出供应链金融可以有效地推动产融结合,减轻中小企业的融资压力。但中小企业规模不大、管理不规范、内部信用体系建设不到位,所以按照传统的流程审批难度较大,所以需要借助高科技特别是大数据、互联网、云计算、智能化和区块链技术,打通金融机构和中小企业融资中的“堵点”。 本研究选取Z公司作为研究对象,通过对其本身的行业特点、供应链特点以及原有的供应链融资模式分析,提出基于区块链技术的新型供应链融资模式。研究“区块链+供应链”的融资模式是否可以有效的解决Z公司的融资问题。首先,对Z公司的传统供应链融资模式进行了梳理和分析,发现其存在诸多问题,如信息不对称、重复融资等。其次,针对Z公司的现状设计一套切实可行的“区块链+供应链”融资的方案,具体包括:参与方的确定、区块链平台的选择、数据标准化和集成的建立、智能合约的建立、风险管理和合规性制度的建立以及持续的优化和改进。最后,是对Z公司“区块链+供应链”融资实施的一些具体细节和保证措施,以此来保证此方案在Z公司的正常运行。 本研究后期会通过加大对风险控制和成本管理的力度,为Z公司提供更为安全、高效的供应链管理和融资解决方案的技术保障。此外,也计划在未来更深层次的进行探索,并从Z公司出发向更多情况类似的中小企业发展研究,期望能解决更多中小企业融资难的问题。 
英文摘要:Small and medium-sized enterprises(smes) are an important cornerstone of economic development under the new “Dual-cycle” development pattern. During the 2021 of the global economic downturn, structural problems in different sectors frequently emerge, faced with this situation, small and medium-sized enterprises mainly rely on the digital economy to promote the response to global competition. But the development of enterprises can not do without funds, and the problem of the shortage of funds for small and medium-sized enterprises has always been a key issue of national concern. In order to help smes better obtain loans and ease financing difficulties, the center pointed out that supply chain finance can effectively promote the integration of industry and finance, reduce the financing pressure of smes. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are not big, management is not standardized, the internal credit system is not in place, so in accordance with the traditional process of approval is more difficult, so we need to use high-tech, especially big data, Internet, cloud computing, intelligence and blockchain technology, to break through the financial institutions and smes in the financing of the“Choke Point”. This research chooses Z company as the research object, through the analysis of its own industry characteristics, supply chain characteristics and the original supply chain financing model, proposes a new supply chain financing model based on blockchain technology. This thesis studies whether the financing mode of“Blockchain +supply chain” can effectively solve the financing problem of Z company. First of all, Z company's traditional supply chain financing model has been combed and analyzed, and found that there are many problems, such as Information asymmetry, repeated financing and so on. Secondly, according to the current situation of Z company, we design a feasible financing scheme of “Blockchain+supply chain”, it includes: Identification of participants, selection of blockchain platform, establishment of data standardization and integration, establishment of intelligent contract, establishment of Risk Management and compliance system, and continuous optimization and improvement. Finally, is the Z company “Blockchain+supply chain” financing implementation of some specific details and guarantee measures to ensure the program in Z company's normal operation. In the later stage of this study, we will strengthen risk control and cost management to provide Z company with more safe and efficient supply chain management and financing solutions. In addition, it also plans to explore further in the future, and from Z company to more similar situation of smes development research, hope to solve more smes financing problems.
