| 中文摘要: | 创业环境充满风险和不确定性, Sarasvathy教授提出效果推理理论,从原则取向区别了效果推理决策逻辑和因果推理决策逻辑,并从过程取向指出,创业专家面对不确定性的创业环境时,往往先从我们是谁?我们知道什么?我们认识谁?三个问题出发,审视自己可控制的资源,进而在可承受损失的范围内开展实验,最终与利益相关者达成先前承诺。在此过程中,创业者杠杆化利用意外,将意外转化为新的机遇。后续研究发现,即便是一些创业经验不足的创业新手或决策者,当面临不确定环境,他们也会运用效果推理进行决策。 本研究主要探讨效果推理视角下商业模式演化的形成原因和影响作用,研究以下三个问题: 第一,以市场定位为核心的商业模式演化模式有哪些?第二,基于效果推理理论,效果推理如何影响商业模式演化?第三,研究商业模式演化如何影响风险感知,进而影响创业决策? 本研究采用案例研究方法,选取银河大数据公司和精视制造公司作为研究对象,广泛收集一手资料和二手资料,通过三角验证保障研究的信度和效度。通过编码简化研究数据,将研究分析结果与研究假设对照,最终得出研究结论。 结果表明,商业模式演化存在“聚焦—发散 ”和“发散 —聚焦 ”两种演化模式,效果推理对商业模式 演化 产生影响。商业模式 演化 产生了不同的结果,进而影响创业者的风险感知,最终风险感知程度作用于创业者创业决策逻辑的选择。 本研究揭示了商业模式两种 演化 模式,指出效果推理过程中各原则对商业模式演化的影响,并通过引入风险感知,解释了商业模式演化的影响作用,深化了相关领域研究。创业过程中,创业者一次次做出决策,构建商业模式,收到结果反馈,形成风险感知,调整创业决策逻辑。在这样周而复始的决策循环中,创业者认知提升,企业逐步成长。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The entrepreneurial environment is full of risks and uncertainties. Professor Sarasvathy proposed effectuation theory. She distinguished effectuation decision logic from the causation decision logic. Sarasvathy also pointed out that when facing the uncertain entrepreneurial environment, the entrepreneurial experts often start from several questions: who are we? What do we know? Who do we know? Starting from the three questions, they examine the resources they can control. Then entrepreneurs carry out experiments within the scope of acceptable losses. Finally, they reach the stakeholder commitment. In the process, entrepreneurs leverage the surprise and turn it into an opportunity. Subsequent studies have found that even some novice entrepreneurs or decision-makers with insufficient entrepreneurial experience will use effectuation to make decisions when faced with uncertain environment. This study focuses on how business model evolution from the perspective of effectuation. Study the following questions: First, what are the evolution modes of business models with market positioning as the core? Second, based on the effectuation theory, how does effectuation affect the evolution of business models? Third, how does the evolution of business model affect the perception of risk and the entrepreneurial decision? This study adopted the case study method, selected Galaxy Big Data Company and Pro Vision Tec Company as the research objects. This study extensively collected primary and secondary data. The study ensured the reliability and validity of the study through triangular verification. This study adopted the double-case comparative study method. Finally, the study selected Galaxy Big Data Company and Pro Vision Tec Company as the research objects. The study simplified the research data through coding. It also contrasted the research analysis results with the research hypotheses. At last, it drew the research conclusions. The results show that there are two change modes of "focus-divergence" and "divergence-focus" in business model construction. Also, effectuation has an impact on the change of business model evolution. The changes of business model evolution produce different results. Then, the results affect the risk perception of entrepreneurs. Finally, the degree of risk perception affects the choice of entrepreneurial decision-making logic. This study reveals two change modes of business model evolution. It points out the influence of various principles in the process of effectuation on the evolution of business model. It also explains the mechanism of the business model evolution through the introduction of risk perception. Furthermore, it deepens the research in related fields. In the entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurs make decisions again and again. They build business models, receive feedback, form risk perception, and adjust the logic of entrepreneurial decisions. In this cycle of decision-making, entrepreneurs gradually improve their cognition. Finally, enterprises gradually grow. | |
