| 英文摘要: | Today, as online media continues to become the main battleground for information dissemination, the source of people's access to information is no longer limited to a certain platform, and the new media matrix model has become a common drainage method for information publishers. In this context of coexistence of multiple platforms, exploring the cross-platform dissemination of information, especially the cross-platform dissemination of event information with a wide range of dissemination, is of great significance for understanding the influencing factors of information dissemination and enhancing the effectiveness of information dissemination. However, the existing research on event information and cross-platform communication is more limited to a certain type or topic of information, and the research perspective also focuses on macro phenomenon analysis and micro correlation analysis, with relatively few mesoscopic analysis. This article focuses on the influencing factors of the cross-platform communication effect of event information, using the method of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to conduct multiple causal analysis of the cross-platform communication of event information from a mesoscopic perspective, revealing the influencing factors and condition combinations of the cross-platform communication effect of event information, with a view to providing theoretical reference and guidance for the formulation and optimization of communication strategies for information publishers. This article proposes an event information field based on field theory and the hypothetical discourse structure schema of news texts. Based on attention related theory, two-level communication theory, and emotional mobilization strategies, it constructs a framework of influencing factors for the effect of event information cross-platform communication as the basis for variable selection and setting. Select 30 real event information cases, compile an event overview, and code and anchor point calibration based on assignment principles. Using the fsQCA method to analyze the univariate necessity of case data, it was found that the necessary conditions in the results of low coverage platforms and low propagation heat, namely, non environmental heat and non plot reversal, were necessary. Further, the adequacy of conditional combinations was analyzed for case data, and 25 conditional combinations were obtained under the four results of high coverage platforms, low coverage platforms, high propagation heat, and low propagation heat. Based on the results of the fsQCA analysis, the similarities and differences between various condition combinations are classified and summarized, and a general cross-platform dissemination model of event information is abstracted. Based on this, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for positive and negative events. In response to the need for positive events to enhance communication effectiveness, improvements can be made in avoiding major hot events, creating complex plot settings, and refining communication strategies; In response to the need for negative events to control the dissemination effect, it is possible to start by improving the environmental heat, implementing mitigating emotional mobilization strategies, and responding promptly to avoid rumors to avoid adverse social impacts. | |
