中文摘要: 当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,以数字化为主要特征的新一轮科技革 命和产业变革蓬勃兴起,信息世界与物理世界的深度融合发展成为未来世界发 展的总趋势。面对宏观经济下行、高通胀压力、供应链中断等不利因素与数字 技术赋能优势等有利因素的双重作用影响,作为实体经济主体的制造业企业亟 需通过数字化转型来调整业务发展战略,以提升企业核心竞争力并实现可持续 发展。事实上,随着云计算、大数据、人工智能等数字技术的日益扩散和快速 渗透,相比于数字新创型企业和互联网平台型企业,制造业企业所面临的组织 结构僵化、业务流程繁琐、客户参与度低和企业边界限制等一系列问题被无限 放大,使企业无法在高度不确定、日益复杂和动荡的数字化环境中快速响应环 境变化。这使制造业企业逐渐意识到组织敏捷性构建的紧迫性,组织敏捷性作为一种至关重要的能力,能够使企业适当地应对持续的环境变化,抓住新兴的商业机会,捍卫并加强其竞争优势,进而提高企业整体绩效。因此,在错综复杂的国际形势和越来越激烈的科技竞争下,制造业企业如何通过构建独特的组织敏捷性来应对数字化转型约束困境并突破自身发展的瓶颈障碍以实现企业创 新升级,成为当前提升制造业企业可持续市场竞争力的关键所在。 尽管现有研究探讨了组织敏捷性的内涵特征、维度划分、驱动因素以及对 企业竞争优势和创新绩效的影响并提供了有益的理论洞见,但对于数字化转型 背景下制造业企业组织敏捷性构建过程及其内在机制的探讨仍然较为缺乏。由于数字经济时代的传统制造业企业往往缺乏对数字技术基础设施建设和对市场 潜在微弱信号进行快速感知的能力,通过引入数字平台能够实现对新兴数字技 术的整合,提供具有数字平台特征的产品或服务,利用数字化竞争的手段获取、创造出独特的竞争优势或发展路径,进而有效地识别和响应客户需求的持续变 化。在数字平台能力方面,现有研究强调了数字平台能力在制造业企业创新发 展过程中所扮演的重要角色,然而对于数字平台能力作为制造业企业组织敏捷 性构建的前因,尤其是数字平台能力的维度划分和具体表现形式对企业组织敏 捷性构建的影响及其内在作用机理等问题仍有待进一步明确。虽然现有文献注意到了企业数字化对组织敏捷性具有重要的作用关系,但对组织敏捷性构建的理论解释边界却缺乏足够的关注,目前制造业企业如何通过数字平台能力驱动 组织敏捷性构建并作用于企业创新绩效的“黑箱”仍未得到有益的揭示。 基于此,针对制造业企业数字化转型的独特行为实践,本文构建并检验了 “数字平台能力—组织敏捷性构建—创新绩效”的理论框架,揭示了数字化转型背景下制造业企业创新绩效的提升机制,所得出的研究结论主要包括:(1) 数字平台能力是制造业企业创新绩效的重要驱动因素,其中技术驱动型数字平 台能力与关系驱动型数字平台能力对于企业创新绩效不同维度均具有显著的正 向影响;(2)基于过程视角,组织敏捷性构建划分为跨界搜索、快速链接与创 造性配置三个维度,组织敏捷性构建不同维度对于数字平台能力与企业创新绩 效之间的作用关系具有差异化中介作用;(3)支持性数字文化是制造业企业数 字化转型过程的内生性情境,在数字平台能力与组织敏捷性构建之间具有重要 的调节效应且呈现出较大的差异性;(4)市场动荡性是制造业企业数字化转型 过程的外生性情境,在组织敏捷性构建与企业创新绩效之间具有重要的调节效 应且呈现出较大的差异性。 本文的理论贡献主要体现在四个方面:(1)基于制造业企业数字化转型特 征所展开的技术驱动型能力与关系驱动型能力研究,提炼了制造业企业数字平 台能力的维度类型与表现形式以及对创新绩效的作用影响,在一定程度上弥补 了数字平台能力理论合理性考虑不足所造成的理论缺口;(2)基于制造业企业 独特数字化实践所展开的组织敏捷性构建研究,解释了制造业企业利用数字平 台快速响应环境变化并作用于企业创新绩效的机制,从过程观视角提炼了组织 敏捷性构建在跨界搜索、快速链接与创造性配置三方面的内容表现,推动了组 织敏捷性理论向数字化转型领域的迁移与深化;(3)对于数字平台能力与组织 敏捷性构建交互视角下制造业企业创新绩效实现机制的研究,提炼了数字化转型背景下制造业企业创新绩效的提升路径,补充了现有文献对于制造业企业数 字化升级绩效的衡量指标,为后续研究提供整合性的理论分析框架;(4)对于支持性数字文化与市场动荡性情境的研究,将抽象的研究情境量化到组织层面和环境层面,考量了不同情境对于数字平台能力、组织敏捷性构建与创新绩效 的影响,补充了对制造业企业数字化转型情境考虑不足所造成的理论偏视。 
英文摘要: The world today is experiencing a great change that has not been seen in a century. A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation characterized by digitalization is booming. The deep integration of the information world and the physical world has become the general trend of future world development. Faced with the dual effects of adverse factors such as macroeconomic downturn, high inflation pressure, supply chain disruption and other favorable factors such as digital technology enabling advantages, manufacturing enterprises as the main body of the real economy urgently need to adjust their business development strategies through digital transformation to improve their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. In fact, with the increasing diffusion and rapid penetration of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, compared with digital start-ups and Internet platform enterprises, a series of problems faced by manufacturing enterprises, such as rigid organizational structure, cumbersome business processes, low customer participation and enterprise boundary restrictions, have been infinitely amplified, making enterprises unable to respond quickly to environmental changes in a highly uncertain, increasingly complex and volatile digital environment. This makes enterprises gradually realize the importance of building agility. As a vital ability, organizational agility can enable enterprises to properly respond to continuous environmental changes, seize emerging business opportunities, defend and strengthen their competitive advantages, and improve the overall performance of enterprises. Therefore, under the complex international situation and increasingly fierce scientific and technological competition, how manufacturing enterprises cope with the constraints of digital transformation by building unique organizational agility and break through the bottleneck of their own development to achieve enterprise innovation and upgrading has become the key to improve the sustainable market competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Although the existing research has explored the connotation characteristics, dimension division, driving factors of organizational agility and its impact on the competitive advantage and innovation performance of enterprises and provided useful theoretical insights, there is still a lack of discussion on the construction process and internal mechanism of organizational agility of manufacturing enterprises in the context of digital transformation. In the era of digital economy, traditional manufacturing enterprises often lack digital technology infrastructure and rapid perception of potential weak signals in the market. However, through the introduction of digital platform, it can realize the integration of emerging digital technologies, provide products or services with the characteristics of digital platform, acquire and create unique competitive advantages or development paths by means of digital competition, and effectively identify and respond to the continuous changes in customer needs. In terms of digital platform capabilities, existing research has emphasized the important role of digital platform capabilities in the innovation and development process of manufacturing enterprises. However, as the antecedent of organizational agility construction of manufacturing enterprises, digital platform capabilities, especially the impact of fine-grained dimension division and specific forms of digital platform capabilities on organizational agility construction of enterprises and their internal mechanism of action, still need to be further clarified. Although the existing literature has noted that enterprise digitalization plays an important role in organizational agility, the theoretical explanation boundary of organizational agility construction has not been paid enough attention. At present, the "black box" of how manufacturing enterprises drive organizational agility construction through digital platform capabilities and affect enterprise innovation performance has not yet been effectively revealed. Based on the unique behavior practice of manufacturing enterprises in digital transformation, the article structures and examines theoretical framework of "digital platform capabilities—organizational agility construction—innovation performance", and reveals the improvement mechanism of manufacturing enterprises' innovation performance in the context of digital transformation. The research conclusions drawn mainly include: (1) The digital platform capability is an important driving factor for the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises. The capabilities of technology-driven digital platform and relation-driven digital platform have significant positive effects on different dimensions of enterprise innovation performance; (2) Based on the process perspective, the construction of organizational agility is divided into three dimensions: cross-border search, quick link and creative configuration. The different dimensions of organizational agility construction have a differentiated intermediary effect on the relationship between digital platform capabilities and enterprise innovation performance; (3) Supporting digital culture is an endogenous situation in the process of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises. It has an important regulatory effect between the digital platform capability and the construction of organizational agility, and shows great differences; (4) Market turbulence is an exogenous situation in the process of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises. It has an important regulatory effect between the construction of organizational agility and the performance of enterprise innovation, then showing significant differences. This paper primarily contributes to four theoretical aspects: (1)Based on the unique digital transformation characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, the research on technology-driven digital platform capabilities and relation-driven digital platform capabilities has refined the dimensional types and manifestations of manufacturing enterprises' digital platform capabilities as well as their impact on innovation performance, and to some extent, has made up the theoretical gap caused by insufficient consideration of the theoretical rationality of digital platform capabilities; (2) Based on the unique digital practice of manufacturing enterprises, the research on the construction of organizational agility explains how manufacturing enterprises can use digital platforms to quickly respond to environmental changes and act on enterprise innovation performance. Based on the perspective of process view, it refines the content of organizational agility construction in three aspects: cross-border search, quick link and creative configuration, and promotes the migration and deepening of organizational agility theory to the field of digital transformation; (3) The research on the realization mechanism of innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under the interactive perspective of digital platform capability and organizational agility construction has refined the path to improve the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under the background of digital transformation, supplemented the measurement indicators of digital upgrading performance of manufacturing enterprises in the existing literature, and provided an integrated theoretical analysis framework for subsequent research; (4) For the research of supportive digital culture and market turbulence scenarios, the abstract research scenarios are quantized to the organizational and environmental levels, and the impact of different scenarios on digital platform capabilities, organizational agility construction and enterprise innovation performance is considered, which supplements the theoretical bias caused by insufficient consideration of the digital transformation scenarios of manufacturing enterprises.
