中文摘要:公共图书馆的少年儿童服务是其职能的重要组成部分,其作用不可替代。少年儿童图书馆员是实现少年儿童读者发展的实际主导者,是影响少年儿童图书馆和公共图书馆的少儿服务部门社会教育服务质量的核心因素。然而,与我国少年儿童日益增长的精神文化需求相比,公共图书馆开展少儿服务的水平和少儿图书馆员的专业性等还存在较大的差距,且尚未建立起少年儿童图书馆员的培养机制。因此,本研究通过调查我国公共图书馆少儿馆员的现状及其学校教育和在职培养现状,研究存在的问题并获得启示,从而构建我国少年儿童图书馆员的培养机制。 为探究我国少年儿童图书馆员的培养现状,本研究首先以实地调研和面对面访谈的方式,对分布在我国6个省(市)的34个公共图书馆(包括部分独立建制的少年儿童图书馆、公共图书馆的少儿部门与开展少儿服务工作的其他部门)进行调研和访谈,并借鉴扎根理论的三级编码范式对访谈数据进行编码分析。其次,在编码分析的基础上,总结我国少年儿童图书馆员的人才队伍建设、实际工作、在职培养和学校教育的现状,并对培养现状进行深入分析以获得构建培养机制的启示。最后,以树立培养目标、打造培养模式、完善支撑措施为基本框架构建我国少年儿童图书馆员的培养机制。其中,培养目标的确立参考少儿馆员胜任力的标准;培养模式以培养原则、培养体系和培养形式三方面构成;支撑措施包括经费与制度保障、考核评估措施与激励措施。 本研究对于促进我国少年儿童图书馆员培养的机制构建和完善、丰富我国少年儿童图书馆员的职业发展研究具有一定的理论价值,对于提升我国少儿馆员的专业性、职业地位和认可度以及保障我国少年儿童服务的开展具有显著的现实意义。然而,囿于研究力量和研究性质,存在调研样本量不足、样本地域分布较为集中、未能观察到培养机制实际实施的效果等局限,未来研究需要扩充与丰富样本构成,并在实践中持续检验、更新与完善。图4幅,表17个,参考文献73篇。  
英文摘要:The departments for children's services in juvenile and public libraries constitute an essential aspect of China's librarianship. Children's librarians serve as the actual leaders in developing child readers and are the core influencers of the quality of social educational services provided by the children's services departments of juvenile and public libraries. However, the level of children's services provided by public libraries and the professionalism of children's librarians in China still lags behind developed countries, despite the increasing spiritual and cultural demands of children and adolescents. To meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of minors, comprehensively improve their quality, and leverage the professional abilities of children's librarians, there is a pressing need to establish a systematic and standardized training mechanism for the various abilities and qualities of children's librarians. In order to comprehensively investigate the current state of children's librarian cultivation in China, the present study conducted extensive field research and face-to-face interviews with 34 public libraries across the nation, including independent children's libraries, children's departments of public libraries, and other departments that provide services for children. Using a three-level coding paradigm of grounded theory, the research data were analyzed, resulting in 183 initial concepts, 51 basic categories, 15 main categories, and 4 core categories. The coding consistency and theoretical saturation were also checked, ensuring the reliability and validity of the study findings. After a comprehensive analysis of the current state of talent team construction, job responsibilities, continuing education, and academic education of children's librarians in China, this study has delved into the present cultivation status and identified several key insights. Building upon these insights, the study has proposed a comprehensive cultivation mechanism for children's librarians in China. This mechanism entails setting goals based on the competence standards of children's librarians, constructing a cultivation model that incorporates principles, content systems, and various training forms, and improving supporting mechanisms, such as funding and institutional guarantees, as well as assessment and incentive mechanisms. This research holds considerable theoretical significance in facilitating the establishment and enhancement of mechanisms for cultivating librarians for children, and enriching research on their professional development in China. Furthermore, it carries significant practical significance in augmenting the professionalism, occupational status, recognition, and assurance of services to Chinese children provided by librarians. However, the study is subject to certain limitations such as the inadequate sample size, concentration of samples in certain regions, and inability to observe the actual implementation of the training mechanisms. Consequently, future research should expand and enrich the sample composition, and persistently test, revise, and refine the mechanisms in practice.
