中文摘要:随着社会的日益发展,能源需求量与日俱增。2021年10月习近平同志在胜利油田考察调研时强调:“中国作为制造业大国,要发展实体经济,能源的饭碗必须端在自己手里”。为了保障国家能源安全,在油气资源总体储量有限的背景下,油气开采过程中的增产压裂手段尤为重要,因为该项技术不仅可以提高开采效率,还可以提高产能。压裂车作为压裂增产工艺的主要施工设备,关系到油气开采的效率与成本,受到了业内高度重视。 在此背景下,国内以中国石油、中国石化为首的企业纷纷跨入压裂装备的研发与制造,随着市场更加开放,民营企业也逐步涌入压裂装备市场,竞争逐渐加剧。A公司在2014年开始进军此行业,相对上述企业,起步较晚,行业技术、资源等积累时间较短。因此,如何显著提升压裂车的产品竞争力成了A公司面临的重要课题。 为了研究提升A公司压裂车产品竞争力的策略,本文首先对石油装备压裂行业的背景进行介绍,对压裂车在国内外的技术应用现状进行分析。其次,结合产品竞争力关联的理论知识,利用需求分析工具罗列了压裂车竞争力指标,通过走访客户外部客户和公司内部资深专业人士对各个竞争力指标进行了评价,然后利用九象限矩阵将多个竞争力相关指标进行区分,识别出A公司在提升产品竞争力过程中需要迫切改善的指标,这些指标可以归纳为为产品的质量、交付周期、成本等三个方面。对此本文提出了针对性的改进策略,在质量策略方面:对研发质量管理、质量目标管理、供应商质量管理等方面进行了分析与论述;在成本策略方面:一方面通过降低人工成本及物料成本等购置投入,一方面降低配件成本、油耗成本等运维投入;在交付策略方面:从营销计划预测准确率的提高、计划机制的优化等方面进行了改善。最后,结合A公司现状提出了这些策略的实施与保障方案,使得A公司的压裂车产品竞争力能够得到切实有效的提升。 
英文摘要:With the development of society, the demand for energy is increasing day by day. In order to ensure national energy security, under the background of limited overall reserves of oil and gas resources, the stimulation fracturing method in the process of oil and gas exploitation is particularly important, because this technology can not only improve the production efficiency, but also improve the productivity. As the main construction equipment of fracturing stimulation process, fracturing truck is related to the efficiency and cost of oil and gas exploitation, and has been highly valued by the industry. In this context, domestic enterprises, led by PetroChina and Sinopec, have stepped into the research and development and manufacturing of fracturing equipment. With the market becoming more open, private enterprises have gradually entered the fracturing equipment market, and the competition has gradually intensified. Company A began to enter this industry in 2014. Compared with the above enterprises, it started late and accumulated industry technology and resources in a relatively short time. Therefore, how to significantly improve the product competitiveness of fracturing trucks has become an important issue for Company A. In order to study the strategy of improving the competitiveness of Company A's fracturing truck products, this paper first introduces the background of petroleum equipment fracturing industry and analyzes the technical application status of fracturing trucks at home and abroad. Secondly, combined with the theoretical knowledge of product competitiveness association, the demand analysis tool is used to list the fructuring truck competitiveness indicators, and each competitiveness index is evaluated by visiting customers' external customers and senior professionals within the company, and then the nine-quadrant matrix is used to distinguish multiple competitiveness-related indicators to identify the indicators that Company A needs to urgently improve in the process of improving product competitiveness, which can be summarized into three aspects: product quality, delivery cycle, cost and so on. In terms of quality strategy, R&D quality management, quality objective management, supplier quality management and other aspects are analyzed and discussed; In terms of cost strategy: on the one hand, by reducing the purchase investment such as labor cost and material cost, on the other hand, reducing the operation and maintenance investment such as parts cost and fuel consumption cost; In terms of delivery strategy: improvements have been made in terms of the accuracy of marketing plan forecasting and the optimization of planning mechanism. Finally, the implementation and guarantee scheme of these strategies are proposed based on the current situation of Company A, so that the competitiveness of Company A's fracturing truck products can be effectively improved.
