中文摘要:在经济全球化的促使下,民用航空业日益发展壮大,驱动着区域经济的发展和产业升级。在我国,民用航空业受民航局管制较严格,大多数航空公司为了避免出错而选择在行动上保持一致。加之受新冠疫情影响,各大航空公司在战略选择上,更加保守且相互模仿性更强,使得我国民航业的竞争环境愈加激烈。因此,各航司要在此环境中参与竞争、提升优势并取得成功,合适的竞争战略布局和选择就显得尤为重要,“差异化”观念愈加深入人心。 本文运用文献查阅法、案例研究法以及比较分析法进行研究。首先,截取了与民航业、厦航客运业务、差异化竞争战略等有关的文献内容,丰富研究的理论基础。然后,列举了厦航2022年第四季度国内客运航线分布情况并加以分析。并且,对厦门航空的同行业竞争者、联盟竞争者和潜在竞争者进行了综合比较,增强研究的真实性和全面性,拓宽了研究的深度和广度。同时,本文结合战略管理理论和竞争战略理论,并对竞争战略中的成本领先战略、差异化战略以及聚焦战略进行了区分。以厦门航空国内客运业务为分析对象,充分考虑中国民用航空业发展现状和发展趋势,使用PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、竞争者分析法分析厦门航空所处的竞争环境。根据厦门航空外部宏观环境和掌握的内部资源,总结厦门航空在过去35年的发展中形成的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,得出厦航选择国内支线客运业务差异化战略的结论。最后,总结厦航国内支线客运业务差异化战略实施与保障,基于价值链、实施路径等方法,分析归纳厦航国内支线客运业务在生产与维护、营销管理等方面应采取的具体举措。 疫情三年过后,中国民航业迎来了发展的新机遇,本文以亲身工作经历为支撑,结合理论分析并参考相关资料文献,对厦门航空国内支线客运业务的差异化战略进行研究,希望能为类似体量和规模的航空公司在战略选择方面提供实例参考,助力我国民用航空业全面复苏。 
英文摘要:Under the promotion of economic globalization, the civil aviation industry is increasingly developing and strengthening, driving the development of regional economy and industrial upgrading. Because the civil aviation industry has always been under the strict control of the local authority, most airlines choose to keep consistent in their actions in order to avoid mistakes. In addition to the impact of the COVID-19, airlines are more conservative in their strategic choices and more imitative of each other, which makes China's civil aviation industry in a competitive environment. So, in order to participate in competition, enhance advantages, and achieve success in this environment, it is important to have a suitable competitive strategy layout and choice, and the concept of "differentiation" is becoming increasingly popular. This article uses literature review, case study, and comparative analysis methods for research. Firstly, literature related to the civil aviation industry, XIAMEN AIR's passenger transportation business, and differentiated competitive strategies were extracted to enrich the theoretical basis of the research. Then, the distribution of domestic passenger routes of XIAMEN AIR in the fourth quarter of 2022 was listed and analyzed. Moreover, a comprehensive comparison was conducted between XIAMEN AIR' competitors in the same industry, alliance competitors, and potential competitors, enhancing the authenticity and comprehensiveness of the research, and expanding the depth and breadth of the research. In addition, this article combines strategic management theory and competitive strategy theory, and distinguishes cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy, and focus strategy in competitive strategy. Taking XIAMEN AIR' domestic branch passenger transportation business as the analysis object, fully considering the current development status and trends of China's civil aviation industry, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, and competitor analysis methods are used to analyze the competitive environment in which XIAMEN AIR is located. Based on XIAMEN AIR' external macro environment and internal resources, summarize the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats formed by XIAMEN AIR in the past 35 years of development, and draw the conclusion of choosing XIAMEN AIR' domestic regional passenger transport business differentiation strategy. Finally, summarize the implementation and guarantee of XIAMEN AIR' domestic branch passenger transportation business differentiation strategy, and analyze and summarize the methods for implementing XIAMWEN AIR' guarantee strategy based on value chain, implementation path, and other methods. Three years after the epidemic, civil aviation has ushered in new opportunities for development. This article, supported by personal work experience, combined with theoretical analysis and reference to relevant literature, conducts research on the differentiation strategy of XIAMEN AIR' domestic branch passenger transportation business. It is hoped that it can provide reference for similar sized and sized airlines in strategic choices, and help China's civil aviation industry fully recover.
