| 中文摘要: | 伴随着信息技术和网络办公的不断发展,对办公设备需求越来越精细,市场方面竞争越来越激烈。目前市场主要由惠普、佳能、爱普生和兄弟等大品牌占据,国外品牌发展相对成熟,而自主品牌由于起步较晚,占有市场份额较小。原材料及部分相关零部件受到中美贸易战的影响,需寻找合适的替代品,同时又要保证产品质量和功能,缩短适应市场需求的新产品研发周期突显重要。本文以办公设备为例对A公司研发管理流程进行分析研究。 本研究以A公司新产品研发过程为背景,以办公设备新产品研发为例进行了实证分析。首先,通过对A公司所在行业的发展情况,A公司产品的发展状况,以及A公司新产品研发情况和所面临的问题,进行了详细的调查和分析,并总结出了A公司新产品研发中存在的问题:客户需求不明确、研发预算减少、薪酬发放不合理、设计审核不规范等;其次,对A公司现有的研发流程进行了剖析,并从架构、手段等方面对研发流程进行了整理,发现存在着公司组织架构不合理、新产品研发流程不协调、研发速度慢、试制周期长、跨职能协同效率低等问题。 根据这些问题,本文通过文献综述法和案例分析法,将精益和IPD等概念引入到新产品研发流程中,利用研发流程优化中的PDCA循环,持续改进,提升企业研发流程优化水平。通过优化组织架构、提升客户需求、完善薪酬考核、优化研发团队设置、明确各分组职责、优化跨职能团队建设等办法优化研发流程。优化后的研发流程精简,研制周期缩短,需求水平提升。最后,为了能够保障研发流程优化方案的实施,研发流程体系建设、研发人员人才引进和培养、研发人员专利权和知识产权意识提高、激励机制创新、研发人员职业发展通道建设几方面进行了补充。使A公司在新产品研发流程上形成更加完善、更加科学的流程框架,在实际实施时,提高研发整体效率,从而提升产品竞争力和企业知名度。 希望本文的研究能对存在类似问题的研发生产企业产生借鉴作用。也希望办公设备方面的自主品牌能够做大做强,不断进步。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous development of information technology and online office, the demand for office equipment is becoming increasingly refined, and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. At present, the market is mainly occupied by major brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, and Brothers. Foreign brands have relatively mature development, while domestic brands have a small market share due to their late start. The impact of the Sino US trade war on raw materials and some related components highlights the importance of finding suitable substitutes while ensuring product quality and functionality, and shortening the research and development cycle of new products that meet market demand. This article takes office equipment as an example to analyze and study the R&D management process of Company A. This thesis takes the research and development process of A company's new products as the background, and conducts empirical analysis using the research and development of office equipment new products as an example. Firstly, a detailed investigation and analysis were conducted on the development status of Company A's industry, its products, as well as the research and development situation and problems faced by Company A's new products. The problems in Company A's new product research and development were summarized, including unclear customer needs, reduced R&D budgets, unreasonable salary distribution, and non-standard design reviews; Secondly, an analysis was conducted on the existing R&D process of Company A, and the R&D process was organized from aspects such as architecture and means. It was found that there are problems such as unreasonable organizational structure, uncoordinated new product R&D process, slow R&D speed, long trial production cycle, and low cross functional synergy efficiency. Based on these issues, this article introduces concepts such as lean and IPD into the new product development process through literature review and case analysis. By utilizing the PDCA cycle in R&D process optimization, continuous improvement is achieved to enhance the level of enterprise R&D process optimization. Optimize the R&D process by optimizing organizational structure, enhancing customer needs, improving salary assessment, optimizing the setting of R&D teams, clarifying the responsibilities of each group, and optimizing cross functional team building. The optimized R&D process is streamlined, the development cycle is shortened, and the demand level is improved. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the R&D process optimization plan, the construction of the R&D process system, the introduction and training of R&D personnel talents, the improvement of R&D personnel's awareness of patent rights and intellectual property rights, innovation in incentive mechanisms, and the construction of career development channels for R&D personnel have been supplemented. Enable Company A to form a more comprehensive and scientific process framework in the new product research and development process, and improve the overall efficiency of research and development in practical implementation, thereby enhancing product competitiveness and enterprise visibility. This thesis can provide reference for R&D and production enterprises with similar problems.
