中文摘要: | 中国国有企业始终是中国经济改革中的焦点问题之一。在全球化和信息化不断发展的今天,我国国有企业向市场主体的转换过程中,其结构、制度和其他变革进程日益加速。几十年来,中国汽车工业经历了多次改革,目前已经进入行业新常态。2022年,中国乘用车市场品牌数量达到129个,而德国、美国等发达国家市场品牌数量仅为40个左右。随着市场增长的放缓,企业的经营风险和压力不断增加,淘汰品牌的竞赛已经开始。所以,公司组织要不断地发展变革,才能适应市场,资源,科技,环境等方面的变化。 国机汽车公司一直以来都是进口车服务市场的龙头企业,在持续快速发展的过程中经历了两次大的变革。但是企业现行多元化经营方式和现有管理存在着无法回避的矛盾,所以企业必须继续谋求变革。 本文以国有企业国机汽车公司为研究对象,利用案例研究法和规范研究方法,依据组织结构权变理论和流程再造理论,从国机汽车公司主要业务板块和经营现状的实际出发,深入剖析并研究公司外部环境变化如汽车行业环境与消费者变化和组织内部变化如公司业务板块变化与员工变化带来的诸多问题,得出公司为了提高组织能力,谋求发展必须进行组织变革的结论,并提出了变革的具体实施措施。按照案例分析,提出问题,解决问题的路径帮助国机汽车公司适应变化健康发展。 | |
英文摘要: | China's state-owned enterprises have always been one of the focal issues in China's economic reform. Today, with the continuous development of globalization and informatization, in the process of transforming state-owned enterprises into market players, their structure, system and other reform processes are accelerating. Over the past few decades, China's auto industry has undergone many reforms, and has now entered a new normal for the industry. In 2022, the number of brands in China's passenger car market reached 129, while the number of brands in developed countries such as Germany and the United States will only be about 40. With the slowdown of market growth, the business risks and pressures of enterprises continue to increase, and the race to eliminate brands has begun. Therefore, the company organization must constantly develop and change in order to adapt to changes in the market, resources, technology, environment, etc. Sinomach Automobile Company has always been a leading enterprise in the imported car service market, and has experienced two major changes in the process of sustained and rapid development. However, there are unavoidable contradictions between the current diversified operation mode and the existing management of the enterprise, so the enterprise must seek reform. This thesis takes the state-owned enterprise Sinomach Automobile Company as the research object, using case study method and normative research method, according to organizational structure contingency theory and process reengineering theory. Proceeding from the reality of the company’s main business segments and operating status, deeply analyze and study many problems brought about by changes in the company’s external environment, such as changes in the automotive industry environment and consumers, and internal changes in the organization, such as changes in the company’s business segments and employees. It draws the conclusion that the company must carry out organizational change management in order to improve organizational ability and seek development, and puts forward the specific implementation measures of change management. According to the case analysis, the path to raise problems and solve problems helps Sinomach Automobile Company to adapt to changes and develop healthily. | |
