中文摘要:在企业经营管理中,运营管理起着统筹全局的重要作用,运营管理作为企业自身经营发展过程中最为关键的影响因素,企业运营管理体系是否科学合理,直接影响其核心竞争力。其中,资金管理职能作为运营管理体系的核心职能之一,它不仅影响着企业的日常经营运转,还直接关系到企业的经营成果。面临这种运营资金管理问题,有学者提出一种新型运营资金战略——Other People’s Money战略(下文简称OPM战略),对资金安排进行管理,即企业利用延期付款和预收账款等手段,从上下游渠道中获取更多的资源,将企业在应收账款和存货等上占用的资金和融资成本转嫁给上下游企业,通过该战略的实施加快企业运营过程中的资金周转,缓解企业运营过程中资金安排的压力。 本文通过对A公司案例的研究,结合运营管理相关理论、运营资金管理理论、OPM战略、要素管理和渠道管理方法,分析该公司实施OPM战略动因、实施情况,并从要素和渠道两个视角对A公司运营资金情况进行评价,提出运营资金活动中存在的不足。从要素角度来看,A公司在存货管理、负债结构和资金使用效率上存在问题,影响了运营资金的流动性、风险性和盈利性。从渠道角度来看,采购、生产和销售环节环环相扣,环节中的不足影响运营资金流转。 针对A公司现状和问题分析,本文使用要素和渠道双视角分别对A公司运营资金管理问题提出相关对策。从要素视角下认为A公司可以通过建立供应商库存管理模式和完善物流体系来解决存货积压问题,引入金融工具对冲原材料价格波动,优化资本结构,以及提高资金使用效率等方法提升运营资金管理的效率;从渠道视角下认为可以通过完善内部供应商关系管理平台的方式优化供应商合作关系,对生产流程优化、引入订单评审和加强需求预测的方式优化生产渠道管理以及优化销售渠道布局,构建一个完善的销售网络,以提升其盈利能力;创新营销方式与营销渠道,突出科技潮流的宣传特点,引入智能化概念,构建用户端的自媒体宣传矩阵以加强销售渠道管理,并在此基础上引入供应链金融,立足渠道推动运营资金管理,提升企业运营管理的效率。这些对策和建议对其他企业在运营管理提升有重要参考意义。 
英文摘要:In the operation and management of enterprises, operation management plays an important role in coordinating the overall situation, operation management as the most critical influencing factor in the process of enterprise own operation and development, whether the enterprise operation management system is scientific and reasonable, directly affects its core competitiveness. Among them, the capital management function is one of the core functions of the operation management system, which not only affects the daily operation of the enterprise, but also directly relates to the business results of the enterprise. Faced with this kind of working capital management problem, some scholars have proposed a new working capital strategy, Other People's Money Strategy (hereinafter referred to as OPM strategy), to manage capital arrangements, that is, enterprises use deferred payment and advance receivables to obtain more resources from upstream and downstream channels, transfer the funds and financing costs occupied by enterprises in accounts receivable and inventory to upstream and downstream enterprises, and accelerate the capital turnover in the process of enterprise operation through the implementation of this strategy. Relieve the pressure of capital arrangement in the process of enterprise operation. Through the thesis of the case of Company A, combined with operation management theory, working capital management theory, OPM strategy, factor management and channel management methods, this thesis analyzes the motivation and implementation of the company's OPM strategy, evaluates the operating capital of Company A from the perspectives of factors and channels, and puts forward the shortcomings in the working capital activities. From the perspective of factors, Company A has problems in inventory management, liability structure and capital use efficiency, which affects the liquidity, risk and profitability of working capital. From the perspective of channels, procurement, production and sales are intertwined, and the deficiencies in the links affect the flow of working capital. In view of the analysis of the current situation and problems of Company A, this thesis proposes relevant countermeasures for the working capital management of Company A from the perspectives of factors and channels. From the perspective of factors, it is believed that Company A can solve the problem of inventory backlog by establishing a supplier inventory management model and improving the logistics system, introducing financial instruments to hedge raw material price fluctuations, optimizing capital structure, and improving the efficiency of capital use to improve the efficiency of working capital management. From the perspective of channels, it is believed that supplier cooperation can be optimized by improving the internal supplier relationship management platform, equity investment and industrial chain layout,optimizing production channel management and optimizing sales channel layout by optimizing production processes, introducing order review and strengthening demand forecasting, and building a complete sales network to improve its profitability;Innovate marketing methods and marketing channels, highlight the publicity characteristics of scientific and technological trends, introduce intelligent concepts, build a user-side self-media publicity matrix to strengthen sales channel management, and introduce supply chain finance on this basis, promote operating capital management based on channels, and improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and management.These countermeasures and suggestions have important reference significance for other enterprises in the improvement of operation management.
