中文摘要:建立并保持供应链的竞争优势,已经逐步成为现代企业成功经营的利器。产品或服务形成的轨迹线上,供应链中的所有成员都共同发挥着价值增长的作用,同时也在协调供应链、优化供应链绩效中担负着艰巨的任务。要协调供应链并达到优化供应链绩效的目的,信息的利用及合作共享至关重要。本论文的研究目的就是探讨供应链上下游企业间以及不同供应链企业间是否存在信息共享的动机,并运用适当的模型来验证信息共享给合作双方带来的价值。 本论文首先从目前对信息共享问题的已有研究模式入手,介绍了在信息共享及供应链协调中人们常考虑的一些问题,并引出相关的理论背景,如委托代理理论、合作博弈理论、信息价值测度等问题。按照信息共享合作方所处的供应链地理位置,本文将信息共享问题分成两大部分(纵向供应链信息共享及横向供应链信息共享)来深入讨论,并分别运用模型来论证。在纵向供应链信息共享模型中,本文考虑了一个ARIMA需求过程,并观察在有信息共享和没有信息共享时,制造商的最小期望成本有什么变化。在横向供应链信息共享模型中,本文研究了信息共享对两个同业竞争者的收益的影响。当然,这两个竞争者都是从收益最大化的角度出发的。随后介绍了台湾半导体产业的ABCDE计划。这个可以作为供应链以及整个行业信息共享的一个实例来对信息共享架构以及可能的效益做一个支撑。 本文得出的结论是建设性的。在纵向信息共享模型中,从数量的角度来看,ARIMA过程的需求信息在共享状态下与不共享状态下,制造商的最小期望制造成本要减少 的倍数,由于这里的 是需求过程的扰动的方差。显然,当需求过程中前后次需求变动范围越大时,该信息的共享效果会越明显。而在横向信息共享模型中,共享信息未必就比共享信息能给双方带来更大的收益。这还取决于其他因素所产生的市场需求的情况。实际上,其他因素产生的市场需求也可以看作是其他的生产商所生产并带动的市场需求。当这部分市场需求并不大(明显)时,博弈双方进行需求信息共享的价值并不大。但当博弈双方的需求很小,即其他因素产生的市场需求很大(此时可以看成是完全竞争市场)时,进行信息共享就很有意义了。  
英文摘要:Establishing and maintaining supply chain competitive advantage has gradually become the best way to defeat the enemy in the modern enterprise. In the Products or services track line, all members of the supply chain play common roles in the value growth, and they are engaged in arduous tasks to coordinate the supply chain as well as optimize supply chain performance. To coordinate the supply chain and achieve the purpose of optimizing supply chain performance, the use of information sharing and cooperation is essential. This research paper is to explore whether the motives of information sharing in upstream and downstream in supply chain or between enterprises of different supply chain exist. And I hope to use the appropriate models to test the value of information sharing bringing to the two sides. In my dissertation, I start with the current research pattern of information sharing issues, and introduce the problems which people may take into account while considering information sharing and supply chain coordination. In this part, I cite many research contexts, e.g. Principal Agent theory, cooperative game, and measurement of value of information, from other scholars in this area. Then I discuss the information sharing issues which I divide into 2 parts according to the layers and channels of the agents. Mathematic models are adopted to demonstrate the information value. The model adopted in vertical information sharing in supply chain called an ARIMA as the simulation of demand. By this model, we can check how the minimum expect cost of manufacturer proceed in case of information sharing and without information sharing. While the model adopted in horizontal information sharing in supply chain showed the impact of information sharing on the profit gain of 2 competitors. Certainly these 2 parties of game have the same principle to pursue the maximized profit. Furthermore, I took the ABCDE project of Taiwan’s IT industry as an example to support the influence of information sharing on supply chain or the whole industry. The findings of my research are quite constructive. In the first model, the minimum expect cost of manufacturer can be reduced by times of which is the standard variance of the disturber of demand, if information sharing happens. We will see this effect would be intensified in light of the disturber of demand becoming severe. However, the model adopted in horizontal information sharing didn’t indicate the inevitability that the case with information sharing is better than one without it. The effect depends on the other share of demand stirred by other factors. As a matter of fact, the other share of demand can be regarded as one produced by companies other those 2 parties of the game. So if the other share is not large enough, the value of information sharing can be small. While if the other share is large enough, which means that 2 parties have a quite strong power in the industry, the value of information sharing can be significant.
