中文摘要：	资管新规的过渡期已经结束，中国资产管理行业正处于全面迈入高质量发展的新阶段。然而对中国诸多资产管理机构而言，转型期或才刚刚开始。中国绝大多数资产管理机构在新的监管规则下，面对行业快速发展变化时，都需要通过转型和创新来实现自我提升，以迎接新的挑战和机遇。 中国多数资产管理机构具有较强的转型诉求，中国资产管理行业起步较早，但是行业规模大幅攀升、行业参与主体迅速增加，具有刚性兑付属性特征的资产管理业务推动中国资产管理行业快速发展，截至资管新规颁布前，中国资产管理行业规模已在百万亿元以上。但资管新规极大改变和影响了此前行业快速发展的底层逻辑。在打破刚兑、净值化和标准化的要求下，不少曾在资管新规颁布前快速发展的机构，在展业逻辑、企业文化、发展理念、人才结构等层面均遭遇了重大挑战，如不尽快转型，在新的行业发展规则下或将很快难以立足。 本文首先对资产管理业务重要文件的出台发布情况进行了介绍，研究了国内外相关文献作为理论基础，同时对我国资产管理业务的发展历程及券商资产管理业务的发展现状做了阐述；以G证券公司资产管理部门为代表，探究资管新规实施后如何影响资产管理业务，并逐一对G证券公司资产管理业务展业过程中存在的问题进行了分析；找出G券商资管在净值化转型过程中所面临的问题，提出了G券商资管产品创新的转型建议。为券商资管的转型提供了新思路，为未来大资管业务健康、有序、平稳地发展提供了参考价值和指导意义。
英文摘要：	The transition period of the new asset management regulations has ended, and the asset management industry in China is entering a new stage of high-quality development. But for many asset management institutions in China, the transition period has just begun. Under the new regulatory rules, most asset management institutions in China need to achieve self-improvement through transformation and innovation to meet new challenges and opportunities when facing the rapid development and changes of the industry. Most asset management institutions in China have a strong demand for transformation. The asset management industry in China started earlier, but the scale of the industry has risen sharply and the number of participants in the industry has increased rapidly. The asset management business with the characteristics of rigid redemption has promoted the rapid development of the asset management industry in China. By the time the new asset management regulations were promulgated, the asset management industry in China had reached more than 100 billion yuan. However, the new asset management regulations have greatly changed and affected the underlying logic of the rapid development of the industry. Under the requirements of breaking the rigid exchange, net worth and standardization, many institutions that developed rapidly before the promulgation of the new asset management regulations have encountered major challenges in the aspects of exhibition logic, corporate culture, development concept and talent structure. If they do not transform as soon as possible, they will soon find it difficult to gain a foothold under the new industry development rules. Firstly, this paper introduces the publication of important documents of asset management business, studies the relevant literature at home and abroad as the theoretical basis, and expounds the development course of asset management business in China and the current situation of asset management business of securities firms. Taking the asset management department of G Securities Company as the representative, this paper probes into the influence of the implementation of the new asset management regulations on the asset management business, and analyzes the problems existing in the asset management business of G Securities Company. Find out the problems faced by G securities firms in the process of net value transformation and put forward the transformation suggestions of G securities firms' asset management product innovation. It provides a new idea for the transformation of securities firms' asset management and provides reference value and guiding significance for the healthy, orderly and stable development of large asset management business in the future.
