中文摘要：	乡村旅游作为我国旅游的主要发展方向之一，显示出了极大的发展潜力和良好的发展前景。它在调整农村产业结构、增加农民收入、减少城乡差距、促进社会主义新农村建设方面具有重要的意义。 目前，乡村旅游在我国出现了遍地开花的局面，可是有的地方发展举步维艰，可持续发展面临的问题逐步凸现。学术界关于乡村旅游的研究主要集中在乡村旅游的概念、类型、开发规划、意义、管理等方面，对于可持续发展的研究较少，并且也主要是停留在定性描述方面，缺乏对实践的指导意义。 笔者认为要解决乡村旅游可持续发展问题的方法之一，就是要因地制宜地构建乡村旅游可持续发展的评价指标体系，对发展乡村旅游的地区进行检验评价，促使其找出差距和主要问题，不断加以改进和完善，从而逐步走向可持续发展的道路。 本文从基础理论研究入手，通过逻辑推理、归纳和综合，构建了乡村旅游可持续发展的评价指标体系并确定了权重。主要内容包括： 首先，分析界定了乡村旅游的概念和特征，作为下文研究的理论基础之一。 其次，构建评价指标体系。根据实践经验和文献综述研究，从促进乡村旅游发展的因素和评价乡村旅游可持续的因素出发，构建了3层指标。 最后，确定指标权重。根据已建立的指标框架，对专家进行问卷调查，利用收集的数据构造判断矩阵，采用层次分析法确定指标的权重。 笔者构建之后的乡村旅游可持续发展的评价指标体系分为目标层、准则层和指标层三个层次。其中目标层包括驱动因素和效益因素两大系统，前者的重要性明显大于后者；准则层由反映各目标层具体内容的要素构成，包括资源、环境、能力、环境效益、社会效益和经济效益6个要素，其中资源的权重大于环境和能力的，环境效益的重要性大于经济效益和社会效益的；指标层由反映要素的38个具体指标构成。
英文摘要：	As a major tourism development, rural tourism shows tremendous development potential and good prospects. It can help to readjust the industrial structure of country, increase farmers’ income, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote the construction of the new socialist countryside. At present, rural tourism is spring up all over the country, but many places have lots of difficulties to realize sustainable development. The focus of research about rural tourism in our country mainly remains on the definition, classification, exploitation and planning, developing strategies and management, etc. While research concerning sustainable development also remains at qualitative description and raising countermeasures, lacking of instructive significance for the practice of sustainable development. In the author’s opinion, one way to solve the problem of the sustainable development of rural tourism is constructing an examination standard and evaluation index system suitable for the situation of China, examining and evaluating the rural tourism and impelling them to try to find out the main problems and shortage so that they can continuously improve and perfect themselves, and then move toward sustainable development. This paper studies the basic theory at first, then constructs an examination standard and evaluation index system by logical derivation, conclude and colligation. The following are the main contents. Firstly, analyzing and defining the concept and characters of rural tourism, which are regarded as one of the bases for further research. Secondly, constructing the evaluation index system. Depending on experience and literature research, this paper lists the factors that promote the sustainable development of rural tourism, and then constructs 3-level index system. Thirdly, deciding the index weight. Forming judgment matrix, adopting the Analytical Hierarchy Process, the thesis reasonably determined the index weight on the basis of the index framework established. The evaluation index system of rural tourism falls into 3 levels, which are the object level, the rule level and the index level. The object level consists of 2 sub-systems of drive factor and benefit factor. The former is more important than the latter. The rule level reflects the composition of the detailed contents of each system level, including resource, ability, environment, economic benefit, social benefit and environment benefit. The index weight of source is bigger than that of ability and environment. The index weight of environment benefit is bigger than that of economic benefit and social benefit. The index level has 38 elements to reflect specific indices.
