中文摘要:当今世界,制造企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。面对一个全球化运营的市场,企业只有寻求创新的途径将价值交付给顾客,才可以争取在这个市场中生存的机会。随着知识经济时代的序幕,买方所拥有的主导权力,已经得到了市场的认可,无限迎合独特的客户要求成为市场竞争制胜的利器。 核心竞争力作为企业持续竞争优势之源已成为不争的事实。但是,高新技术及顾客需求等外部环境的快速变化,对核心竞争力的持续改进和提高提出了更新、更高的要求。为保持企业的竞争优势,核心竞争力必须随环境动态发展。在新的市场环境下,核心竞争力的培养需要强化企业内部和企业之间的资源整合。整合资源的目的不仅在于提高企业运营效率、降低成本、以及增加顾客价值,更重要的还在于通过价值链、价值网络的重整和再造识别竞争力要素并优化竞争力要素结构,在此基础上构建核心竞争力。 供应链是整合经营资源的有效方式,通过优化供应链的结构,使企业具备快速的反应能力和高效的运营能力是企业在竞争中生存的必备条件。供应链管理的原则是制造企业既要为供应链上的相关企业提供可靠、高效的信息流、物流、资金流服务,又能从供应链上的相关企业获得同样的服务,以达到全赢局面。供应链的概念已经存在了20多年,其推崇的理念以及这个理念的在企业经营领域的有效性逐渐被人们所接受,并开始在企业战略的高度来对它进行研究和应用。有效的供应链管理能够很好的降低产品成本、提高流程服务质量,并且可以对企业的组织资本和社会资本进行扩充,突破由于企业自身资源不足造成的发展瓶颈。运用并优化供应链无疑是企业获取竞争优势所必需采取的经营举措。 本文将制造企业如何获取竞争优势作为研究对象,通过论述优化供应链结构以实现企业资源的有效配置,来论证结构的构建能力也是企业的核心竞争力。全文共分为六个部分,第一章阐明企业经营环境的变迁以及由此给制造企业带来的压力和挑战,在此基础上,提出本文的研究目的和研究框架;第二章对企业战略和核心竞争力的相关理论的进行回顾,在此基础上提出本文对于核心竞争力的定义,并总结出核心竞争力的特征和作用;第三章介绍供应链管理的相关知识,在分析供应链管理演进层次的基础上,归纳出供应链管理倡导的理念,并指出这些的理念为制造企业适应环境变迁提供了新的思路;第四章首先就制造企业当前的竞争侧重点进行了剖析,借助价值链模型,分析了当今制造业企业竞争力的构成要素;第五章对制造企业如何进行供应链优化进行了初步的思考,以此为基础,通过论述优化的供应链可以有效地整合企业内外部资源来阐述供应链优化与核心竞争力的关系,并对供应链优化增强制造业核心竞争力的机制和风险作了补充的说明;第六章介绍三星电子的供应链管理方法和模型,力求对本文的上述观点进行印证。  
英文摘要:Nowadays, the competition between manufacturing corporations is becoming more and more acute. Only when the enterprises succeed in seeking the innovative ways diverting the value to customer, could it be survived in this competitive and global market. With the era of knowledge based economy initiating, the buyer had already occupied the dominant status in markets. Catering to the varied customer's requirement infinitely is the sharp weapon which can be used to subdue competitive rivals in markets. It is undoubted that the core competences are continues sources of the competitive advantages. However, the instable external environment induced by the fast change of customer demand and the quick evolution of hi-tech proposed more advanced requests when we take action persistently to improve the core competences. In order to maintain the competitive advantage, the enterprises must evolve their core competences along with the changes of environment dynamically. In new environment, raising the core competences needs to strengthen the abilities of integrating interior resources, exterior resources and either simultaneously. The purposes of resources integrating are not only to enhance the efficiency in operation, to reduce the cost and add the customer values, but also to recognize the factors of competences and optimize the structure of these factors through reforming value chains and restructuring the value nets, which were base of constructing core competences. Supply chain is a kind of mode which can make resources integrating efficiently. It is necessary to survive in competing that enterprises must obtain ability of quick response and high efficiency in operation through optimizing supply chain structure. The principle of Supply chain management (SCM) is that the corporations in a supply chain should provide the services of information, logistics and capital reliably to its alliances as well as obtain the same services from them, which can lead to win-win. The concept of supply chain has already exited for twenty years, the thinking it canonized and efficiency of this thinking in business domain have been accepted gradually, and people start to research and apply this concept at the level of corporation strategy. The effective SCM can reduce the cost of products and enhance the quality of services, even more; it can extend the organizational capital and social capital to help corporations break through the development bottle-neck created by insufficient of resources. Undoubtedly, using and optimizing the supply chain is indispensable to obtain competitive advantages. This thesis sets how the manufacturing obtain its competitive advantages as its research object, it is argued that the ability of constructing is one kind of core competence through discussing that optimizing supply chain structure can be used to deploy enterprise resources effectively. The total article was divided to six chapters. First chapter expounded the changes of the business environments as well as the pressure and the challenges which were pushed to manufacture enterprises by these changes, and on this foundation, putting forward the paper’s research purpose and frame; Second chapter carries on the reviews to the related theories of business strategy and the core competence, and on this foundation, proposing this paper's definition of core competence, and summarizing the characteristics and the functions of core competencies; The third chapter introduced the related knowledge of supply chain management, on the basis of analyzing the evolvement layer of supply chain management, this article induces the ideas advocated by the supply chain management, and indicates that these ideas provide a brand-new thinking to how to adapt the changing of business environment; The fourth chapter has carried on the analysis on the current competition emphasis point of manufacture enterprises firstly, and then with the aid of value chain model, analyzed key ingredients of competence in manufacture enterprises nowadays; The fifth chapter turned to thinking how to optimize the supply chain, taking this as the foundation, expatiating the relationships between the optimized supply chain and core competences through discussing that optimized supply chain can integrate the internal and external resources of enterprises efficiently, and giving a supplementary illumination on the mechanism and risk that optimized supply chain could strengthen the core competences; the last chapter introduced the methods and modes of Samsung Electronics, in order to verify all argument that mentioned above.
