中文摘要:近年来,在新冠肺炎疫情等诸多因素的影响下,全球经济持续放缓,市场环境变得愈加恶劣。盈利是企业存在的根本,是可持续发展的关键。企业若想在如此复杂的竞争环境中继续生存,提升盈利能力至关重要。企业所获得的利润贯穿于价值链之中,只有识别价值链中的各项活动,不断优化升级,才能进一步形成竞争优势,最终提升盈利能力。 面对同样的环境,基恩士公司常年保持超高的盈利水平。作为一家日本的私营企业,基恩士并不具备强大的政府资源和先天的技术优势。因此,基于价值链理论,分析其如何做到长期保持竞争优势,是十分值得研究的课题。 本文通过收集大量文献资料和背景信息,首先将价值链、竞争优势和盈利能力的相关概念进行明确定义,并总结其三者之间的内在联系,即价值链是分析和优化竞争优势的有效工具,盈利能力是企业竞争优势的重要体现。同时,以基恩士公司作为案例,利用价值链理论为分析工具,对基恩士公司的各项价值活动进行分解和描述,深入剖析其独特的经营模式,总结出一套行之有效的企业战略举措。在此基础之上,根据竞争优势的资源基础理论,挖掘对基恩士公司持续竞争优势产生重要影响的关键性活动,并对关键性活动背后难以模仿的资源和如何对其有效组织进行分析。希望本文的研究能为同类型公司的价值链管理、竞争优势提升以及盈利能力改善提供有价值的理论研究与实践应用价值。 
英文摘要:In recent years, under the influence of many factors, such as the COVID-19, the global economy has continued to slow down, and the market environment has become worse. Profitability is the foundation of a company's existence and the key to sustainable development.Improving profitability is crucial for enterprises to continue to survive in such a complex competitive environment.The profits obtained by enterprises run through the value chain. Only by identifying various activities in the value chain and continuously optimizing and upgrading can we further form a competitive advantage and ultimately enhance profitability. Faced with the same environment,KEYENCE maintains an exceptionally high level of profitability throughout the year. As a private enterprise in Japan, KEYENCE does not have strong government resources and innate technological advantages. Therefore, based on the value chain theory, analyzing how to maintain a competitive advantage in the long term is a highly worthy research topic. This article collects a large amount of literature and background information, first defining the relevant concepts of value chain, competitive advantage, and profitability, and summarizing the internal connections between the three. Value chain is an effective tool for analyzing and optimizing competitive advantage, and profitability is an important manifestation of a company's competitive advantage. At the same time, taking KEYENCE as a case study and using value chain theory as an analytical tool, the various value activities of KEYENCE are decomposed and described, and its unique business model is deeply analyzed to summarize a set of effective corporate strategic measures. On this basis, based on the resource-based view of competitive advantage theory, identify key activities that have a significant impact on KEYENCE’s sustained competitive advantage, and analyze the difficult to imitate resources behind key activities and how to effectively organize them. I hope that this study can provide valuable theoretical research and practical application value for value chain management, competitive advantage enhancement, and profitability improvement of similar companies.
