中文摘要:信息大爆炸时代,消费者对全球化、民主化、年轻化、网络化等前沿时尚的追求与时俱进,给时尚行业的产品的研产销带来巨大挑战。服装行业作为时尚行业的重要组成部分,不仅产品的设计需要紧跟时尚,而且还需要快速响应消费者需求,快速的开发设计新产品,让自己的铺货速度相比之前更快速、更高效。供应链是企业发展的核心,作为企业获得竞争优势的关键因素之一,它的有效运作是实现上述目标的基础。传统模式下,服装企业从产品设计到上架销售,这一整个周期需要90天甚至更久才能完成。而通过高效的供应链管理,这一周期可以缩短至7-14天。产品的快速上下架,可以很大程度上降低管理成本和存货风险,帮助企业快速回笼资金,提高资金周转率,从而为企业利益相关者创造更多价值。 供应链相关理论的不断发展以及供应链在其他行业的相关实施经验,为快时尚行业的供应链管理体系建设与优化提供了有效的理论依据和实施框架,而互联网、大数据存储与分析、人工智能等信息科技的合理利用,为供应链管理体系建设,提供了有力的保障。 本研究从供应链管理体系优化的主体思想出发,结合LX公司供应链管理体系建设历程及其供应链外部环境和竞争环境,对LX公司的供应链管理体系现状进行分析,呈现LX公司在供应链管理体系建设过程中暴露出的缺点与不足。针对存在的问题,旨在通过SCOR模型的诊断及服装行业标杆的对标分析,为LX公司的供应链管理体系提出有效的优化方案与保障措施,以提高供应链效率,增强供应链柔性与韧性,实现公司的可持续发展。与此同时,LX公司供应链管理体系存在的大多数问题也是国内诸多纺织、服装企业存在的共性问题。因此,本研究提出的基于LX公司供应链管理体系的优化方案与相关方法论,也将为服装行业甚至纺织业企业在供应链管理体系优化方面提供一定的参考价值。在实施过程中,需要结合企业实际情况调研分析后进行适当调整。 
英文摘要:In the era of the information explosion, consumers' pursuit of cutting-edge fashions such as globalization, democratization, rejuvenation, and networking is keeping pace with the times, bringing enormous challenges to the research, production, and marketing of products in the fashion industry. As an important component of the fashion industry, the clothing industry not only needs to keep up with fashion in product design, but also needs to quickly respond to consumer demand, quickly develop and design new products, and make its distribution faster and more efficient than before. Supply chain is the core of enterprise development. As one of the key factors for enterprises to gain competitive advantage, its effective operation is the basis for achieving those above targets. In the traditional mode, it usually takes 90 days or even longer to complete the whole process from product design to marketing. While this process would be shortened to 7-14 days with efficient supply chain management. The rapid placement of products on and off shelves can greatly reduce management costs and inventory risks, help enterprises quickly withdraw funds, improve capital turnover, and create more value for enterprise stakeholders. The rapid development of supply chain related theories and the relevant implementation experience of supply chain in other industries provide an effective theoretical basis and implementation framework for the construction and optimization of supply chain management system in the fast fashion industry, while the rational utilization of information technologies such as the Internet, big data storage and analysis, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things provides a strong guarantee for the construction of digital supply chain management system. Stakeholder related theory is a powerful tool to evaluate enterprise strategy. This study starts from the main idea of optimizing the supply chain management system, combines the construction process of LX Company's supply chain management system and its external and competitive environment of supply chain, analyzes the current situation of LX Company's supply chain management system, and presents the weakness and shortcomings exposed during the construction process of LX Company's supply chain management system. Aiming at the existing problems, the purpose is to propose effective optimization schemes and safeguard measures for LX Company's supply chain management system through the diagnosis of SCOR model and benchmarking analysis of clothing industry benchmarks, in order to improve supply chain efficiency, enhance supply chain flexibility and resilience, and achieve sustainable development of the company. At the same time, most of the problems existing in the supply chain management system of LX Company are also common to many domestic textile and clothing enterprises. Therefore, the optimization scheme and related methodologies proposed in this study based on the supply chain management system of LX Company will also provide certain reference value for the clothing industry and even the textile industry enterprises in the supply chain management system optimization. During the implementation process, appropriate adjustments need to be made based on the actual situation of the enterprise after investigation and analysis.
