| 中文摘要： | 由于经济全球化所导致的产品生命周期逐渐缩短和市场需求变化的逐渐增快，使高科技企业这一最为活跃的经济主体必须增强应对市场变化的能力。知识共享就成为企业内员工之间以及企业之间增加彼此的知识存量，从而协调发展、快速应对市场变化的必要手段。充分利用企业知识资源，放大企业知识资源的效用，是高科技企业知识管理实践过程中亟待解决的问题。本文以内部知识共享的实现为研究目标，在知识共享方面作了初步的研究。 论文分为三部分。第一部分阐述了与企业知识共享相关的问题，包括知识的分类、知识共享的含义，从知识共享的主体、对象、手段以及知识共享的经济性方面，论述了知识共享理论，并提出构建高科技企业知识共享机制的框架模型。第二部分是论文的核心部分，详细阐述了如何在高科技企业中构建知识共享机制。这一部分从技术层面、组织层面、文化层面展开论述，指出不同层面上高科技企业知识共享机制的障碍，并提出相应的解决策略。结论部分总结了全文的工作，并指出研究的不足和需要继续研究的几个问题。 本文基于理论分析，全面概括了高科技企业在构建知识共享机制时可以选择的路径及措施，建立了一套较为完备的企业知识共享机制的实现方法体系；希望能够对企业的知识共享实践起到一定的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要： | The trend of economic globalization shortens the lifecycle of products and quickens the change of demand of markets. High-tech enterprises must strengthen their core competences to grasp the nettle. Knowledge sharing becomes essential in that it can add to the knowledge stock of both staffs and enterprises. Actualize full knowledge sharing which is efficient and sufficient to fully utilize knowledge resource and magnify its effect. The paper does some primary research on knowledge sharing by aiming at achieving internal knowledge sharing. The thesis is divided into three sections. In the first section, some basic issues related to knowledge sharing are discussed, including the meaning and types of knowledge sharing, mainly from the following aspects: the object of knowledge sharing, main body of knowledge sharing, means of knowledge sharing and the economy of knowledge sharing. The second part forms the main body of the thesis. In this part, the author discusses in detail how to construct the knowledge sharing mechanism from the following aspects: the knowledge sharing technologies, the organizational structures, the high-tech enterprise human resource management. At the same time, the author points out the obstacles that high-tech enterprises might fall across and brings forward some resolving methods. Finally, the author makes a summary of the whole thesis and points out the deficiencies and some issues to be discussed later. Based on theoretical analysis, the author generalizes comprehensively routes and measures that would be adopted by high-tech enterprises and establishes a complete system of knowledge sharing. | |
