中文摘要:随着数字资源价值加速释放,数字化持续驱动社会生产方式、生活方式和治理方式大变革。数字化对传统行业的冲击和对客户需求的迭代,使得银行作为主要金融产品分销渠道的优势逐渐减弱,取而代之的是金融科技企业崛起,大数据可以使他们快速构建用户画像,实现精准营销,蚕食了原本独属于银行的金融产品销售市场。 在此背景下,银行业机构积极抢占数字经济时代机遇,纷纷按下数字化快进键。而银行的数字化转型是一项复杂且庞大的工程,其中包括经营理念的转变、基础信息设施建设、科技系统升级、组织架构调整、业务流程重构、业务模式转型、产品服务的升级、人才能力培养诸多方面的转型,难以一蹴而就,仍需久久为功。 Z银行作为业内较早开展数字转型进程的金融机构之一,始终坚持战略引领,聚焦数据核心能力建设,针对性部署构建与数据生产力相适应的生产关系,持续挖掘数据内在潜能和价值,积累了一定的转型经验和创新成效。2021年,Z银行将数字化转型纳入新三年战略规划及“XX行动方案”,进一步加大顶层推动。其公司金融作为传统优势业务,成为了数字化转型的重中之重。本文以Z银行为例,运用理论与实践相结合,通过文献研究、定性分析、量化分析、案例分析、对比分析等方法,对数字化转型背景下的商业银行公司金融数字化转型现状进行研究,围绕Z银行在敏捷组织建设、产品创新、数字化营销体系建设及数据治理等方面的现状和问题进行分析,并提出针对性的策略建议。 
英文摘要:As the value of digital resources is released at a faster rate, digitalization continues to drive major changes in social production methods, lifestyles and governance methods. The impact of digitalization on traditional industries and the iteration of customer needs have gradually weakened the advantages of banks as the main distribution channels for financial products. Instead, they are gradually replaced by the rising financial technology companies whom big data can enable to quickly build the users’ portraits, achieve precision marketing, which encroaches on the sales market of financial product that originally belonged to banks. In this context, banking institutions are actively seizing the opportunities of in the era of digital economy and pressing the fast forward button of digitalization. However, the digital transformation of banks is a complex and huge project, including the transformation of business philosophy, the construction of basic information facilities, the upgrading of technology systems, the adjustment of organizational structure, the restructuring of business processes, the transformation of business models, the upgrading of products and services, and the transformation of talent capacity. As one of the earliest financial institutions in the industry to carry out the process of digital transformation, Bank Z has always adhered to strategic guidance, focusing on the construction of data core capacity. Bank Z deploys and builds production relationships with targets that are compatible with data productivity, and continuously taps the inherent potential and value of data, thus accumulating certain transformation experience and innovation results. In 2021, Bank Z incorporated digital transformation into its new three-year strategic plan and "XX Action Plan" to further increase top-level promotion. As a traditional advantageous business, its corporate finance has become the top priority of digital transformation. Taking Bank Z as an example, this paper combines theory and practice to study the current situation of digital transformation of corporate finance in commercial banks under the background of digital transformation through methods including literature research, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis. By analyzing the current situation and problems of Bank Z in the construction of agile organization, product innovation, construction of digital marketing system as well as data governance, this paper puts forward targeted and strategic suggestions.
