| 中文摘要: | 农村电商作为促进农村经济发展、增加农民收入、推动城乡融合发展的重要途径,成为农村的地区发展的新引擎。农村电商备受政府重视,创业政策红利持续释放,在这样的背景下,农村电商创业人数持续增多。但在农村电商创业初期,由于信息不平等、个人信息能力、电商环境等影响,部分农村电商初创人员不具备完成创业信息活动的能力,导致创业陷入困境,影响创业的正常开展。是什么导致了农村电商初创人员难以完成创业信息活动?有哪些解决措施?解决这些问题不仅是提升创业者自身能力的需要,也是推动农村电商健康发展,有序推进乡村振兴的需要。 本研究将视线聚焦到农村电商初创人员,借助可行能力理论,关注其完成创业信息活动并带来实际效用的能力。本研究提出三个研究问题:(1)农村电商初创人员可行信息能力困境的表征、影响因素是什么?(2)农村电商初创人员可行信息能力的影响机理是什么?(3)农村电商初创人员可行信息能力的脱困路径有哪些? 鉴于此,本文以H省W县为个案展开调查研究。首先,根据可行能力思想框架阐释了可行信息能力的概念,接着明确创业者的功能性信息活动并编制访谈提纲,采用半结构化访谈收集原始数据,运用定性文本分析凝练可行信息能力的表征与影响因素;其次,根据定性文本分析结果来设计问卷,通过问卷调查法收集案例数据,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法揭示可行信息能力困境条件组态,探究致困路径与脱困路径;最后根据致困和脱困路径提出应对策略。 本文的主要研究结论如下:(1)发现“可行信息能力螺旋”概念 。结合效用主义、可行能力理论以及创业机会理论,阐释了可行信息能力概念,发现了导致马太效应的可行信息能力螺旋。(2)可行信息能力困境的表征与影响因素,构建了可行信息能力影响因素模型,阐释了可行信息能力影响机理。(3)挖掘不同的组态路径,总结出致困的两种路径以及脱困的两种路径。(4)参考模型和路径,从个人、社会、政府三个角度提出了相应的对策建议。 本文聚焦于农村电商初创人员可行信息能力困境这一现实问题,提出可行信息能力螺旋概念,拓展了“信息能力”的研究边界,丰富了可行能力理论在图情领域的应用。本文的研究方法结合了定性和定量方法的优势;研究过程扎根于我国农村电商发展实际;研究对象具有代表性,反映了当前农村电商创业的实际情况。通过fsQCA分析,探索出可行信息能力的脱困路径并提出针对性对策建议,对于解决当前农村电商初创人员可行信息能力困境、保障农村电商可持续发展具有显著的现实意义,为农村电商发展和乡村振兴工作提供参考方案。图9幅,表22个,参考文献160篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Rural e-commerce, as an important way to promote rural economic development, increase farmers' income and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas, has become a new engine for rural development. Rural e-commerce has attracted a lot of attention from the government, and the dividends of entrepreneurship policies continue to be released. However, in the early stage of rural e-commerce entrepreneurship, some early-stage rural e-commerce entrepreneurs are unable to complete their entrepreneurial information activities due to information inequality, personal information capacity and the impact of the e-commerce environment, leading to difficulties and affecting the normal development of entrepreneurship. What makes it difficult for Early-Stage Rural E-commerce Entrepreneurs to complete entrepreneurial information activities? What is it, and what are the solutions? Addressing these issues is not only necessary to improve the capacity of entrepreneurs, but also to promote the healthy development of rural e-commerce and orderly rural revitalization. The research questions are as follows: (1) what are the characteristics and influencing factors of the Informational Capabilities Dilemma of Early-Stage Rural E-commerce Entrepreneurs? (2) What is the influencing mechanism of the Informational Capabilities of Early-Stage Rural E-commerce Entrepreneurs? (3) What are the paths for Early-Stage Rural E-commerce Entrepreneurs to get out of difficulties in Informational Capabilities? The study is based on W County, H Province as a case study. First, the concept of Informational Capabilities is interpreted in the framework of the Capability Approach. Then, the entrepreneur's functional information activities are defined and an interview outline is prepared. Semi-structured interviews are used to collect raw data and qualitative texts were used to analyze the representation and influence factors of Informational Capabilities. Second, the questionnaire is designed based on the results of qualitative text analysis. Case data is collected through a questionnaire survey. Then, the Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Compar-ative Analysis is used to reveal the combination of conditions of Informational Capabilities Dilemma and explore the paths leading to and getting out of the dilemma. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward. The main research conclusions are as follows :(1) Discover the concept of "Spiral of Informational Capabilities". Combining Utilitarianism, Capability Approach, and Entrepreneurial Opportunity theory, the concept of Informational Capabilities is explained, and the Spiral of Informational Capabilities that leads to the Matthew effect is found. (2) The representation and influencing factors of Informational Capabilities Dilemma, the influencing factor model of Informational Capabilities is constructed, and the influencing mechanism of Informational Capabilities is explained. (3) By mining different paths, two paths leading to Informational Capabilities Dilemma and two paths that realizing Informational Capabilities to get out of the dilemma are summarized. (4) According to the model and the path, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of individual, society and government. This research focuses on the practical problem of Informational Capabilities Dilemma of Early-Stage Rural E-commerce Entrepreneurs, proposes the spiral concept of Informational Capabilities, enriches the application of Capability Approach theory in the field of LIS and expands the research boundary of "information ability". The research methods combine the advantages of qualitative and quantitative methods; The research process is rooted in the actual development of rural e-commerce. The research objects are representative, reflecting the actual situation of rural e-commerce entrepreneurship. Through fsQCA analysis, the path of Informational Capabilities to get out of trouble is explored and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which are of significant practical significance for solving the dilemma of Informational Capabilities Dilemma of current Early-Stage Rural E-commerce Entrepreneurs and guaranteeing the sustainable development of rural e-commerce. Relevant countermeasures can provide reference schemes for rural e-commerce development and rural revitalization. There are 9 figures, 22 tables and 160 references. | |
