中文摘要:早期阅读对于身心发展不完全的学龄前儿童而言,是主动探索世界、认识自我最主要、最友好的方式之一,位于学校教育和基础教育起点的幼儿园和幼儿园图书馆则是学龄前儿童培养阅读兴趣、阅读习惯的重要场域。当前实践中已涌现出大量自主建设的幼儿园图书馆,但有关部门尚未出台对应标准和管理办法,亟需图书馆学从规范化、专业化视角对幼儿园图书馆建设进行系统调查,并对其前景方向和发展路径进行分析。因此,本研究针对当前的现实需求和研究缺失,提出以下研究问题(1)我国幼儿园图书馆的定义和主要特点是什么?(2)我国幼儿园图书馆的建设现状是什么?有哪些成果和挑战?(3)我国幼儿园图书馆建设的影响因素包括什么?未来该如何发展? 研究首先从学龄前儿童绘本阅读、图书馆的专业化儿童服务以及幼儿园图书馆建设三方面回顾了国内外相关文献,发现当前图书馆学界对于学龄前儿童阅读的特点和重要性都给予了充分关注,但对于幼儿园图书馆这一实体本身的建构情况不够重视,在图书馆职能定位、规划布局、资源建设等问题上缺少专业化、规范化的研究思考。由此,研究者前往北京、天津、浙江和福建四地,对33家幼儿园开展实地调研,与负责人展开深度访谈,经转录后获取约41万字记录,并结合网络调查管理规定、建设标准等文件。最终经过质性编码,共获得522个初始概念、51个主范畴和9个核心范畴,从规划定位、空间设计、资源配置、活动开展,社会合作等方面构建起了幼儿园图书馆的发展现状体系。 研究发现,我国幼儿园图书馆地区间、个体差异较大,具有建设主体灵活、经费来源丰富、规划自主性强、儿童家长配合度高等优势,但也出现了规范性差、空间资源利用不充分、活动持续性和创新性不足等问题。由此本研究结合赋权理论、TOE技术组织环境框架梳理出了我国幼儿园图书馆的9大相关主体,提取出了包括3项环境、3项社会合作,3项技术资源的影响因素框架,并结合幼儿园图书馆发展的开放、包容、支持教学和适宜儿童发展基本原理,构建了幼儿园图书馆建设路径,最终从政策保障和图书馆自身建设视角对我国幼儿园图书馆的未来发展提出了具体对策建议。图12幅,表7个,参考文献162篇。 
英文摘要:Early reading is one of the vital and friendly ways for preschool children to explore the world and understand themselves. Kindergartens as the starting point for school education and basic education, are important places for cultivating reading interests and habits for pre-school children. Currently, a large number of independently constructed kindergarten libraries have emerged, but relevant departments have not yet issued standards and management documents, and the academic community lacks attention to kindergarten libraries too. It is urgent for library science to investigate and analyze the current situation of kindergarten library construction from a standardized and professional perspective, and to plan for the future direction and development path of kindergarten libraries. Therefore, this study proposes three research questions based on current needs and research gaps: (1) What is the definition and main characteristics of kindergarten libraries? (2) What is the current situation of kindergarten library construction ? (3) What factors affect the construction of kindergarten libraries ? How should we do for the future? Firstly, the study reviewed the relevant literature from 3 aspects: childrens’ reading, libraries’ children service, and the kindergarten library. It was found that the library academic community has given sufficient attention to the characteristics and importance of reading for preschool children, but there is insufficient attention paid to the professional research on kindergarten libraries themselves, such as functional positioning, planning layout, resource construction, and circulation management. Therefore, this study conducted field research in 33 kindergartens in Beijing, Tianjin, Zhejiang, and Fujian provinces (municipalities), conducted in-depth interviews with kindergarten principals, obtained approximately 410,000 words of records, and surveyed management regulations and construction standard documents in various regions via the network. In the end, a qualitative coding method was used to obtain 522 Initial concepts, 51 major categories, and 9 core categories, and construct a development status system of kindergarten libraries from planning, space design, personnel management, resource allocation, activity implementation, social cooperation and other aspects. Finally, the study found that China's kindergarten libraries have the advantages of flexible construction subjects, abundant funding sources, strong planning autonomy, and high parental cooperation, but also have problems such as poor standardization, insufficient utilization of space resources, lack of sustainability and innovation in activities. Therefore, this study, combining with the empowerment theory and the TOE framework, outlined 9 major related subjects of China's kindergarten libraries, extracted the influencing factor framework including 3 environmental resources, 3 social cooperation resources, and 3 technical resources, constructed the development path of kindergarten libraries based on the basic principles of openness, inclusiveness, support for teaching, and suitable for children's development, and proposed specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of kindergarten libraries from the perspectives of policy guarantee and library construction itself. This study aims to promote the improvement of children's reading literacy and the development of China's preschool education by conducting in-depth research on the current situation and influencing factors of kindergarten libraries in China.
