| 中文摘要: | 在市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,广大企业要想实现更为理想化的市场竞争效果,就需要不断强化自身的供应链管理能力。但是传统的供应链管理模式,往往存在着诸多的漏洞和低效情况,充分利用信息化手段,是提升供应链管理能力的关键。现阶段,国内企业对供应链管理的重视力度不断提升,作为我国大型的石化企业,Z公司也开始加强对自身的供应链管理能力强化。公司积极引入供应链管理思想,并引入ERP和电子商务等现代先进信息技术,不断营造和改善供应链集成环境,通过流程再造,不断优化物资供应管理。通过这一系列的努力,不仅有效提升了Z公司的供应商管理效率,保障了公司的稳定供应,同时也在很大程度上强化了公司的战略决策能力。 通过运用文献研究法、案例分析法和访谈法,旨在分析Z公司的供应链基本情况,以及为了实现更为理想的供应链管理效果,公司对信息化技术的运用情况,然后分析公司这一方面的建设不足和造成此类不足的原因,最后提出针对性的优化对策。通过研究得出,现阶段Z公司的供应链信息化管理还存在一系列的不足,具体包括:平台功能存在不足、业务流程与平台匹配度低、对供应商的管理能力不足、对价值链的构建完善所发挥的影响不充分。而造成这一系列不足的原因在于公司的信息化平台设计能力不足、公司业务流程再造意识薄弱、公司高层尚未建立价值链观念、公司对沟通的重视力度有待提升。针对于这一系列的客观情况,建议未来公司应该丰富信息化管理系统的基本功能、建立与平台适配的业务流程体系、强化系统对供应商的管理功能以及发挥在价值链体系建设中的作用。为了落实这一系列的策略,还要求公司应加强组织、人才、财务方面的综合保障。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the context of increasingly fierce market competition, in order for enterprises to achieve more ideal market competition results, they need to continuously strengthen their supply chain management capabilities. However, traditional supply chain management models often have many loopholes and inefficiencies. Making full use of information technology is the key to improving supply chain management capabilities. At present, domestic enterprises are continuously increasing their emphasis on supply chain management. As a large petrochemical enterprise in China, Z Company has also begun to strengthen its own supply chain management capabilities. The company actively introduces supply chain management concepts and modern advanced information technologies such as ERP and e-commerce, continuously creating and improving a supply chain integration environment, and continuously optimizing material supply management through process reengineering. Through this series of efforts, not only has the supplier management efficiency of Company Z been effectively improved, ensuring the stable supply of the company, but also greatly strengthening the company's strategic decision-making ability. By using literature research, case analysis, and interview methods, the aim is to analyze the basic situation of Z Company's supply chain, as well as the application of information technology in order to achieve more ideal supply chain management results. Then, the company analyzes the lack of construction in this area and the reasons for such deficiencies, and finally proposes targeted optimization strategies. Through research, it has been found that there are still a series of shortcomings in the supply chain information management of Company Z at present, including insufficient platform functions, low matching between business processes and platforms, insufficient management capabilities for suppliers, and insufficient impact on the construction and improvement of the value chain. The reasons for this series of shortcomings lie in the company's insufficient information platform design capabilities, weak awareness of business process reengineering, the lack of value chain concepts among senior management, and the need to enhance the company's emphasis on communication. In response to this series of objective situations, it is suggested that in the future, companies should enrich the basic functions of information management systems, establish a business process system that is compatible with the platform, strengthen the system's management function for suppliers, and play a role in the construction of the value chain system. In order to implement this series of strategies, the company is also required to strengthen comprehensive guarantees in terms of organization, talent, and finance. | |
