中文摘要：	城市轨道交通的重要性不言而喻，为城市运行及其发展提供了极大助益， 正因如此，城市轨道交通的可持续发展引发了广泛关注，同时也给建设及运营 部门带来了诸多挑战，特别是在网络化动态演变背景下如何维护和管理好城市 轨道交通关键设备的性能，同时将全寿命周期管理工作落到实处。通过何种方 法方式在保障轨道交通系统具有足够安全性和可靠性的前提下尽可能地节省其 维修成本，进一步提高轨道交通公司的设备维修和管理水平，夯实其可持续发 展之基，已成为业界的热点研究之一。 文章以“T 轨道交通集团有限公司”为研究对象，首先对文章整体研究背景、 研究意义、方法以及结构框架进行论述，其次对国内外设备维护管理、检修策 略、设备健康管理等理论进行回顾和梳理，分析了 T 公司总体概况以及车辆检 修维护管理的现状，指出了 T 公司地铁车辆检修维护管理存在的诸多问题，如 检修制度不完善、检修人员技术水平滞后以及设备检修信息化资源配置不足， 分析了问题的主要成因，并从检修制度、检修策略、人力资源、技术设施等方 面提出相应的优化方案。优化方案的总体设计论述了地铁车辆检修维护管理优 化的目的及方法，以及地铁车辆检修维护管理优化方案的构建过程，最后提出 车辆检修维护管理方案的实施保障措施。 本文通过研究 T 公司车辆检修维护管理存在的问题并分析成因，进而提出 切实可行的设备维护管理优化方案，以改善地铁车辆检修维护的管理现状，有 利于 T 公司的经济效益和生产效益的提升。
英文摘要：	The importance of urban rail transit is self-evident, which provides great benefits for urban operation and development. For this reason, the sustainable development of urban rail transit has aroused wide attention, but also brought many challenges to construction and operation departments, especially how to maintain and manage the performance of key equipment of urban rail transit under the background of dynamic evolution of network. At the same time, the whole life cycle management is implemented. It has become one of the hot researches in the industry on how to save the maintenance cost as far as possible, further improve the equipment maintenance and management level of the rail transit company and consolidate the foundation of its sustainable development under the premise of ensuring the adequate safety and reliability of the rail transit system. Taking T rail Transit Group Co., LTD.as the research object, this thesis firstly discusses the overall research background, research significance, methods and structural framework of this thesis. Secondly, it reviews and combs the domestic and foreign equipment maintenance management, maintenance strategy, equipment health management and other theories, and analyzes the general situation of T Company and the current situation of vehicle maintenance and management. It points out many problems existing in the maintenance and management of T Company's subway vehicles, such as the imperfect maintenance system, the lagging technical level of maintenance personnel and the insufficient allocation of equipment maintenance information resources, analyzes the main causes of the problems, and puts forward the corresponding optimization plan from the maintenance system, maintenance strategy, human resources, technical facilities and other aspects. The purpose and method of the optimization of the maintenance management of subway vehicles are discussed, as well as the construction process of the optimization plan of the maintenance management of subway vehicles. Finally, the implementation of the maintenance management plan of the maintenance of subway vehicles is proposed. By studying the problems existing in T Company's vehicle maintenance and management and analyzing the causes, this thesis proposes feasible optimization plans for equipment maintenance and management, so as to improve the management status quo of subway vehicle maintenance and maintenance, which is conducive to the improvement of T Company's economic benefits and production benefits.
