中文摘要:进入新世纪以来,中国企业在经营实践与文化建设方面都在努力复制西方的管理模式。在引进初期,企业的管理实践水平有一定程度的提高,但是随着企业实践的深入,复制西方管理模式的做法已不再适应中国本土化情境。在创新实践方面,《十三五国家科技创新规划》明确指出中国企业的创新要秉持强烈的责任意识,这就要求企业创造出适合本土化的创新模式。与此同时,负责任创新与可持续创新成为学术界关注的新兴的两种创新模式,被认为无论在创新理论和创新实践两方面,都比较符合中国的管理情境。 企业要实施创新行为离不开企业文化的驱动,然而,当前文献主要以实证研究方法来检验具有较强推广度的文化维度对创新行为的影响,而较少探究扎根于中国本土情境的具有丰富内含的企业文化与创新之间存在怎样的内在驱动关系。此外,少有文献探究负责任创新与可持续创新的文化根源。基于以上研究缺口与实践需要,本论文聚焦于以下研究议题:文化对企业创新实践的驱动和相关影响机制是怎样的?具体来说,本论文的科学问题表达为:长期导向价值观如何塑造负责任创新和可持续创新模式,进而在经济、社会以及环境效益上达成统一? 为回答以上问题,本论文采用单案例研究方法,选取厨电行业领军品牌——方太为研究对象,基于方太文化形成路径与创新实践,围绕长期导向价值观、负责任创新与可持续创新这三方面,展开深入而全面的探索,并得出以下研究结论:(1)方太文化形成过程中塑造了以“中华优秀传统文化认同”、“使命愿景驱动”与“可持续发展导向”为内涵的长期导向价值观;(2)方太将长期导向价值嵌入到企业的创新实践,进一步形成了企业发心驱动的负责任创新与内含匠心的可持续创新这两种创新机制;(3)在上述两种创新机制的影响下,方太实现了企业经济效益、社会效益与环境效益平衡的三重共赢绩效模式。 本论文的研究结论揭示了符合中国情境的方太文化与创新之间的内在关联与相关影响,在理论层面上,丰富了长期导向价值观和创新模式的内涵;在实践层面,为中国企业的文化与创新实践起到启发性作用。 
英文摘要:Since the beginning of the new century, Chinese enterprises have been striving to copy the Western management model in terms of business practice and cultural construction. In the early stage of introduction, the level of management practice of enterprises has been improved to a certain extent, but with the deepening of enterprise practice, the practice of copying Western management models is no longer suitable for the localization situation in China. In terms of innovation practice, the 13th Five-Year National Science and Technology Innovation Plan clearly points out that Chinese enterprises should uphold a strong sense of responsibility for innovation, which requires enterprises to create an innovation model suitable for localization. At the same time, responsible innovation and sustainable innovation have become two emerging innovation models that the academic community has paid attention to, which is considered to be more in line with China's management situation in terms of innovation theory and practice. However, the current literature mainly uses empirical research methods to examine the influence of cultural dimension with strong promotion on innovation behavior, and rarely explores the internal driving relationship between corporate culture with rich content rooted in the local context of China. In addition, there is little literature that explores the cultural roots of responsible and sustainable innovation. Based on the above research gaps and practical needs, this paper focuses on the following research topics: What is the driving and related influence mechanism of culture on corporate innovation practice? Specifically, the scientific question of this paper is: How do long-term oriented values shape responsible and sustainable innovation models that align economic, social, and environmental benefits? In order to answer the above questions, this paper adopts a single case study method, selects Fotile, a leading brand in the kitchen appliance industry, as the research object, and carries out in-depth and comprehensive exploration around the three aspects of long-term oriented values, responsible innovation and sustainable innovation based on the formation path and innovation practice of Fotile culture, and concludes the following research conclusions: (1) Fotile culture formation has shaped long-term oriented values with "Chinese excellent traditional cultural identity", "mission and vision driven" and "sustainable development orientation" as the connotations; (2) Fotile embeds long-term oriented value into the innovation practice of enterprises, and further forms two innovation mechanisms: responsible innovation driven by enterprise heart and sustainable innovation with ingenuity; (3) Under the influence of the two innovative mechanisms, Fotile has realized a three-fold win-win performance model that balances the economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits of the enterprise. The research conclusion of this paper reveals the intrinsic relationship and related influence between Fotile culture and innovation in the Chinese context, and enriches the connotation of long-term oriented values and innovation models at the theoretical level. At the practical level, it plays an inspiring role in the cultural and innovative practices of Chinese enterprises.
