| 中文摘要: | 在远程医疗细分领域,远程病理诊断是一门基于计算机的学科,利用计算机图像传输和远程通信技术,从远程病理图像中分析和诊断疾病。在远程病理平台中,传统的切片被数字化,并利用网络图像浏览和远程通信等技术,让身处不同城市甚至不同国家全国的病理医生或临床专家能够在这个平台上会诊交流,打破空间或时间限制实时性交流,这是为病人制定准确治疗方案的基础。 近年来越来越多的第三方医学检验平台为抢占医院资源免费投放设备、系统,但极少数能够真正发挥作用服务于分级诊疗体系。其中大部分医学检验公司主要以检验科业务为主,附带病理业务,以销售仪器设备和试剂耗材为主要盈利模式,并没有真的实现对病理科的建设和发展提供专业服务。少部分专业病理诊断公司虽然能够实现对病理科提供一定的服务价值,但由于病理相关产品单一,价格受医保收费标准限制,由于缺乏全国病理病理诊断质控标准,使得供供应链上游产品参差不齐,不同企业之间成本差异悬殊。导致目前大多数远程病理诊断服务公司缺乏可持续盈利的商业模式,未能实现普及。 针对上述问题,本文将以Y公司为案例,探讨远程病理诊断服务行业的商业模式优化。首先运用文献分析法对远程病理诊断和商业模式相关理论进行梳理,并确定本文理论基础——价值型商业模式定义、基于要素视角的商业模式优化路径、价值视觉的四个维度以及商业模式画布九要素理论。在正文中运用PEST工具分析Y公司经营发展的外部宏观环境;用波特五力模型的基本原理,分析Y公司在行业内的竞争情况;运用SWOT分析方法对Y公司发展现状做详细分析。并以商业模式画布九要素理论为基础对其现有商业模式进行剖析,通过深度访谈行业内相关专家,利用专家打分统计表找出其现有商业模式中存在的问题并通过价值视觉的三个维度分析问题并提出商业模式优化策略,进一步提出其商业模式优化后实施的保障措施。本文期望通过对Y公司商业模式优化研究,让Y公司实现盈利模式,并对其他同类企业提供借鉴参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the telemedicine niche, telepathology diagnosis is a computer-based discipline that uses computer image transmission and telecommunication technologies to analyze and diagnose diseases from remote pathology images. In a telepathology platform, traditional slices are digitized and technologies such as web-based image viewing and remote communication are used to connect pathologists or professionals across the country or even around the world, providing the opportunity to communicate without space or time constraints, which is the basis for developing accurate treatment plans for patients. In recent years more and more third-party medical testing platforms have been putting in equipment and systems for free in order to seize hospital resources, but very few of them can really play a role in serving the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. Most of these medical testing companies mainly focus on laboratory business with pathology business attached, with sales of instruments and equipment and reagents and consumables as the main profit model, and do not really realize the construction and development of pathology departments to provide professional services. Although a small number of professional pathology diagnostic companies can realize the value of providing certain services to pathology departments, due to the single pathology-related products, the price is limited by the medical insurance tariff, and due to the lack of national pathology pathology diagnostic quality control standards, which makes the supply chain upstream products vary, and the cost difference between different enterprises is huge. This has led to the lack of a sustainable and profitable business model for most remote pathology diagnostic service companies and their failure to achieve popularity. To address the above issues, this thesis will take Company Y as a case study to explore the business model optimization of the remote pathology diagnosis service industry. Firstly, we use the literature analysis method to sort out the theories related to remote pathology diagnosis and business model, and determine the theoretical basis of this paper -definition of value-based business model, business model optimization path based on factor perspective, four dimensions of value vision ,the nine elements theory of business model canvas. In the text, we use PEST tools to analyze the external macro environment of Company Y's business development; use the basic principles of Porter's five forces model to analyze Company Y's competition in the industry; use SWOT analysis to make a detailed analysis of Company Y's development status. It also analyzes the existing business model based on the nine elements of the business model canvas theory, and identifies the problems in the existing business model through in-depth interviews with relevant experts in the industry, and proposes business model optimization strategies, and further proposes safeguards for the implementation of its business model after optimization. This paper expects that through the study of Y's business model optimization, Y will achieve a profitable model and provide reference for other similar enterprises. | |
