| 中文摘要: | 当今世界正处在信息时代,信息产业已经成为我国国民经济新的增长点。随着信息产业的迅猛发展,IT员工,作为信息技术和信息产业的承载者,其职业压力问题日益凸现。从个人角度,过度压力会影响员工的身心健康和工作表现;从组织角度,也会影响组织的正常运转,为组织带来一些不必要的成本。基于这样一个背景和现状,本研究提出了IT行业从业人员工作压力现状以及所采取的应对策略这样一个研究课题。 本研究对工作压力相关的理论及实证研究进行了回顾。进而选取IT行业从业人员作为研究对象,对IT行业从业人员的员工特点和IT员工的工作特点作出了有针对性的讨论、整理和总结,并在此基础上,分析了IT行业人员的特有的工作压力源,从工作负荷、人际关系、专业技能、上级及外在环境这五个方面进行了阐述。 本研究第二阶段的分析是基于IT行业人员特有的工作压力源,设计了IT行业从业人员的压力应对模式,该应对模式作为本研究的创新点之一,不是狭义的员工个人单方面的应对,也不是单单的基于压力反应导向的一种应对,是在应对主体上包括组织压力应对和员工应对;在应对客体上分为包括针对压力源导向的应对;压力反应导向的应对和症状导向的应对的一种网状的压力应对模式。本研究的第五章对该应对模式有效实施的组织支持和保障进行了研究和分析,包括有该模式实施的主体分析以及组织内部其他职能部门的支持。在模式实施的主体分析上,提出了三种方案:内部实施主体:员工关系管理专员;外部实施主体:专业服务机构;混合主体:企业内部员工关系管理专员和外部的专业机构联合。 本论文期望此规范研究所得之结论,可以为IT员工缓解职业压力、提高身心健康水平,为IT企业建立充满生机和活力的员工队伍、提高组织绩效,获取更高经济效益。对我国信息产业发展、国民经济和社会信息化进程起到一定的推进作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | During the past few years, there was a rapid development in information technology, which playing an important role in the national economy. As the carrier of the information technology and information industry, IT employees suffer from more and more occupational stress. From individual perspective, excess pressure will affect the employee’s healthy and performance; from organizational perspective, it will bring some unnecessary cost even affect the regular running of the company. Base on this background, this research propose the thesis topic which is "Research on the job stress and Coping Strategies of IT industry employees." This research review the literature and empirical research which related to the job stress, then pick the IT industry employee as the research sample, discuss the characteristics of IT employees and their job, based on which, this paper analyzes the specific sources of the stress, further explain it from job burden, interpersonal relationship, professional skills, supervisor and external circumstances . The second phase of this research is based on the specific stress sources of IT employees, design the job stress coping model of IT employees. This model doesn’t just focus on the individual coping and stress response oriented. The model takes both the organization and individual as the subject of stress coping, takes the stress sources oriented, stress response oriented and stress symptoms oriented as the object of stress coping. The fifth chapter of the research analyzes the supporting system for the operation of this model, which including the operate subject and functional supporting department of the model. The operate subject including internal subject which is employee relationship staff, external .subject which is professional organization and mixed subject. It is expected to release the job stress of the IT employees, improve their work performance of this research. Further increase the economical benefit of the organization. Finally positively affect the information industry development of China. | |
