中文摘要:数字化的兴起是大势所趋,相关研究对保险数字化的未来发展都十分看好。然而目前的研究大多数聚焦于互联网保险公司的现状分析和数字化对保险产业的影响分析,亦或是笼统地分析整个保险行业中的保险创新技术运用,但是对目前缺乏运用数字化进行创新的传统寿险企业的研究甚少。后疫情时期导致传统的寿险运营模式陷入困局,而疫情导致的全民线上化又催生了数字化技术各项新技能的跃迁。在这纷繁的背景下,本文着眼传统寿险公司如何能够更好得适应数字化转型发展这一专项问题,选择了一家在中小寿险公司中体量中等的HA寿险公司作为分析目标进行深入研究,能够对拓展数字化技术的具体运用产生重要的意义,同时也能为业内占大多数的中小寿险公司的经营转型起到借鉴作用。 根据T/AIITRE 10001-2021《数字化转型 参考架构》与GB/T 23006-2022《信息化和工业化融合管理体系新型能力分级要求》等指导文件,可将数字化水平划分为5个阶段,分别是:规范级发展阶段、场景级发展阶段、领域级发展阶段、平台级发展阶段、生态级发展阶段。本文所研究的HA寿险公司正处于“领域级发展阶段”初期。本文的论证过程中先后采用了文献综述法、案例分析法、定量分析与定性分析结合法对目标企业进行了多角度分析。文内首先借助PEST模型对HA寿险公司从政治、经济、社会、环境四个方面进行了分析,从而理清了该公司的外部环境情况;然后又借助SWOT模型对HA寿险公司从优势、劣势、机会、风险四个方面进行了剖析,从而综合评判出了适合该公司当前数字化现状的转型策略;同时参考平安、泰康、友邦三家同业寿险公司的数字化现状及策略,明确了HA寿险公司数字化转型的四大目标,即AI协同能力,数据价值能力,智慧服务能力,数字运营能力。针对上述目标,提出了四点转型策略,即健全数字化顶层设计、完善数字支撑体系、释放数据资产价值、打造面向用户的转型。后文又分四个角度逐一阐述了实施方案,即“数字化转型的顶层设计;数字赋能的支撑体系;数据资产的价值再造;面向用户的转型导向”。为了保障实施方案的成功落地,文章在最后提出应从制度、资源、企业文化三方面设计保障措施。 
英文摘要:The rise of digitalization is a trend, and relevant research is highly optimistic about the future development of insurance digitization. However, most of the current research focuses on analyzing the current situation of internet insurance companies and the impact of digitalization on the insurance industry, or generally analyzing the application of insurance innovation technology in the entire insurance industry. However, there is little research on traditional life insurance companies that currently lack the use of digitalization for innovation. The post pandemic period has caused traditional life insurance operation models to fall into difficulties, and the nationwide online ization caused by the epidemic has also led to the leap of various new skills in digital technology. Under this complicated background, this paper focuses on the special issue of how traditional life insurance companies can better adapt to the development of Digital transformation, and selects a medium sized HA life insurance company among small and medium-sized life insurance companies as the analysis target for in-depth research, which can have important significance in expanding the specific application of digital technology, and can also serve as a reference for the operation and transformation of small and medium-sized life insurance companies that account for the majority of the industry. According to the guidance documents such as T/AIITRE 10001-2021 Digital transformation Reference Architecture and GB/T 23006-2022 New Capability Grading Requirements for Informatization and Industrialization Integration Management System, the digital level can be divided into five stages, namely: specification level development stage, scenario level development stage, domain level development stage, platform level development stage, and ecological level development stage. The HA life insurance company studied in this article is in the early stage of "domain level development". During the argumentation process of this article, literature review method, case analysis method, and a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method were used to analyze the target enterprise from multiple perspectives. Firstly, the PEST model was used to analyze HA Life Insurance Company from four aspects: politics, economy, society, and environment, thus clarifying the external environment of the company; Then, using the SWOT model, the HA life insurance company was analyzed from four aspects: advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and risks, in order to comprehensively evaluate the transformation strategy suitable for the company's current digital situation; At the same time, referring to the digital status quo and strategies of Ping An, Taikang and AIA, the four major goals of HA life insurance company's Digital transformation are defined, namely, AI collaboration capability, data value capability, intelligent service capability and digital operation capability. In response to the above goals, four transformation strategies have been proposed, namely, improving the digital top-level design, improving the digital support system, releasing the value of data assets, and creating a user oriented transformation. Later, the implementation scheme is described one by one from four perspectives, namely "the top-level design of Digital transformation; the support system of digital empowerment; the value reengineering of data assets; and the transformation orientation for users". In order to ensure the successful implementation of the implementation plan, the article proposes to design guarantee measures from three aspects: system, resources, and corporate culture.
