中文摘要: | 互联网的流量红利见顶,指数级增长成为过去。电视行业经过了多年的高速发展,近年来受到长短视频平台的巨大冲击,用户数增长缓慢,研发和运营成本越来越高,利润逐年减少,正在经历前所未有的挑战。在这种情况下,软件产品快速迭代、让用户体验层出不穷的新功能,就成为了企业赢得用户、抢占先机的制胜法宝。加快产品的更新速度,反映到软件开发工作上就是加快进度、尽快交付。探寻如何提高软件交付速度的课题,落实到实际工作中就是研究如何在更短的时间内完成更多的需求。 本论文以T公司的Scrum软件开发项目E为研究对象,梳理了E项目的管理现状,发现了该项目存在工作量估算不准确、各迭代普遍存在不必要的安全时间的问题。为了解决这个问题,作者通过研究Scrum敏捷开发、工作量估算方法、特别是功能点法等文献资料,提出了引入NESMA评估法进行项目工作量估算的解决方案。 通过将解决方案在E项目的历史版本进行数据回溯以及在开发版本上进行应用,得到了真实有效的实验数据,帮助E项目挤出了部分不必要的安全时间。证明了该方案能够帮助E项目逐步消除不必要的安全时间,提高单个迭代可完成的工作量,证实了该方案的可行性和适用性。为T公司其他项目实现降本增效提供了参考,也为其他已成熟运行多年的Scrum敏捷项目进一步优化提供了可供参考的切入角度。 | |
英文摘要: | Internet traffic dividend peaked, exponential growth is a thing of the past. After years of rapid development, the TV industry has been hit by the huge impact of long and short video platforms in recent years. The number of users grows slowly, the cost of research and development and operation becomes higher and higher, and the profit decreases year by year. It is experiencing unprecedented challenges. In this case, the rapid iteration of software products and the endless new functions of user experience become the magic weapon for enterprises to win users and seize the opportunity. Faster product updates, reflected in software development efforts to speed up progress and deliver as quickly as possible. To explore how to improve the speed of software delivery, the practical work is to study how to complete more requirements in less time. This thesis takes the Scrum software development project E of T Company as the research object, combs the management status of the E project, and finds that the project has the problems of inaccurate effort estimation and unnecessary safety time for each iteration. In order to solve this problem, by studying agile development model, Scrum, effort estimation method, especially function point method and other literature, the author puts forward a solution of project effort estimation by introducing NESMA evaluation method. By tracing the data of the solution in the historical version of Project E and applying it in the development version, real and effective experimental data were obtained, which helped Project E squeeze out part of unnecessary safety time, and proved that the solution could help Project E gradually eliminate unnecessary safety time and improve the effort that can be completed by a single iteration. The feasibility and applicability of this scheme is confirmed, which provides a reference for other projects of T Company to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase, and also provides a reference Angle for further optimization of other Scrum agile projects that have been mature and run for many years. | |
