中文摘要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,全球一体化市场逐渐形成,企业面临着在全球范围内竞争资源与市场的局面,同时伴随着客户需求不确定性的增加,企业之间的竞争已经越来越表现为供应链之间的竞争。供应链管理就是在这种背景下应运而生的。供应链是指企业与其供应商、供应商的供应商,以此向前直到最初的供应商,以及与其销售商、销售商的销售商,按此向后直到最终用户之间的关系网链。供应链管理思想已经成为当今企业竞争的重要指导思想,而库存管理则是供应链管理的基础和核心。随着供应链管理思想的提出,传统的库存控制理论面临着挑战,由于企业组织与管理模式的变革,供应链环境下的库存问题和传统库存问题相比有许多新的特点和要求,这些不同点正体现了供应链管理思想对库存管理的影响。 考核现代制造企业的两个重要指标是:客户满意率和库存周转率。客户满意率就是要求企业准时生产满足客户要求的交货期,库存周转率就是把库存量控制到最佳数量,尽量少用人力、物力和财力把库存管理好,获取最大的供给保障。本文最显著的特点就是不单单只是从库存控制的角度论述,而是从库存控制和准时生产两个方面入手,旨在寻找方法使两者平衡,达到兼顾的目的。本文对库存控制和准时生产等相关理论发展现状进行了综述,对比了传统库存和现代库存管理、传统生产方式和准时生产的区别,同时阐述了业务流程再造理论在企业变革中的应用。并以奥的斯电梯(中国)有限公司(简称OTIS电梯公司)作为应用研究背景,重点分析了OTIS电梯公司的库存控制和准时生产的业务流程。以库存控制理论和准时生产理论为理论依据,以提升OTIS电梯公司核心竞争力为目标,对其库存控制和准时生产业务流程再造。将库存的各个组成部分细化,分别从原材料、在制品和产成品角度进行分析,对各自存在的问题进行了剖析,并针对各个部分不同的特点提出了解决方案和改进建议。 库存控制和准时生产的平衡原则不是一成不变的,而是在不同的研究对象面前有不同的侧重点,这样才能达到总体上的最优化,本文就是从这个角度出发进行论述,希望对制造企业有一定的借鉴和帮助。  
英文摘要:As the rapid development of information technology, global integration market is forming. Enterprises are facing the competition of resources and markets among the global scope. Meanwhile, the uncertainty of customer demand is increasing, so the competition between enterprises is becoming the competition between supply chains. Supply chain management comes into being under this background. Supply chain is the network between its suppliers, suppliers’ supplier, upwards to its initial supplier and its distributors, distributors’ distributor, downwards to its end customer. The idea of supply chain management has become to be the core instruction to modern enterprises competition; furthermore, inventory management is the core and base of the supply chain management. Along with the appearance of supply chain management idea, traditional inventory control theory faces the challenge. Because of the transformation of enterprises organization and management model, inventory problem under supply chain environment has more new characteristics and requirements than traditional inventory problem, and these differences just embody the influence of supply chain management idea to inventory management. The two important indexes to assess the modern enterprises are customer satisfaction and inventory turnover. Customer satisfaction is to require enterprises to satisfy customer’s request date by just-in-time production, and inventory turnover is to control the inventory level to a best quantity by minimum human resources, material resources and financial resources in order to obtain maximum supply insurance. The outstanding characteristic of this thesis is not only make the statement from the viewpoint of inventory control, but also find out the solution to make the balance and total attention to both of them from the viewpoint of inventory control and JIT production. This thesis has summarized the related theory development status of inventory control and JIT production, compared the differences between modern inventory management and traditional inventory management, JIT production and traditional production method, and meanwhile illustrated the application of business process reengineering during enterprises transformation. It takes OTIS Elevator (China) limited company (OTIS Elevator Company for short) as the application research background to emphasize the inventory control and JIT production business process of OTIS Elevator Company. It takes inventory control theory and JIT production theory as the theory basis to achieve the goal of core competition capacity improvement for OTIS Elevator Company and to reengineer its inventory control and JIT production process. By breakdown the inventory constitution, this thesis makes the analysis of existing problems from the standpoints of raw material, WIP and finish goods and puts forward the solutions and suggestions according to their different characteristics. The balance rule of inventory control and JIT production is not unchanged, but has different emphases to different objects, which could embodies the optimization on the whole. This thesis just makes the analysis out of this point of view, which is hoped to be useful and helpful to the manufacture enterprises.
