中文摘要:随着互联网技术的快速发展,新一代信息技术在各个行业中的应用日趋广泛,数字化转型成了企业赖以生存与发展的必然趋势。数字化转型是一种以信息化为手段、以数据为驱动,推动业务流程和业务模式变革,进而实现组织能力提升的变革。党的二十大明确地提出要建设现代化的产业体系,坚持发展经济以实体经济为重点,促进新型工业化,加快推进数字中国建设。建筑产业是中国国民经济支柱产业,为社会经济发展做出了重大贡献,但同时也面临着生产效率低、资源浪费严重等等重大问题,亟需转型升级。建筑企业的数字化转型是顺应时代发展、顺应产业转型、适应市场变化,而产生的一种商业模式变革。 S公司作为建筑行业中的佼佼者,在面对市场环境变化的时候,S公司运用了一些数字化应用,业务能力有所提升但未达到理想效果。同时在数字化发展过程中,存在着数字化观念落后、信息化建设不足等问题。 在此背景下,本文以S公司作为研究对象,从企业基本情况、企业所处的宏观环境与行业环境、S公司的优势和劣势、存在的机遇与威胁及数字化现状进行分析,得出S公司对数字化转型势在必行的紧迫性。通过对其数字化转型的必要性进行探讨,结合S公司所在集团的愿景“建设世界一流数智驱动型投资建设集团,引领建筑行业数字未来”,为S公司制定了数字化转型战略目标,制定了建造数字化升级、产品数字化、财务管理数字化、其他辅助平台建设四大战略及其应采取的应对措施。希望能够帮助S公司突破现状,实现战略升级;助力其他同类型建筑企业实现数字化转型;促进我国建筑业的健康可持续发展。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasing application of new-generation information technology in various industries, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend for enterprises to survive and develop. Digital transformation is a kind of change that uses information technology as a means and data as a driver to promote changes in business processes and business models, thereby achieving improved organisational capabilities. The 20th Party Congress clearly proposed: "building a modern industrial system, insisting on putting the focus of economic development on the real economy, promoting a new type of industrialisation, and accelerating the building of a strong manufacturing country, a strong quality country, a strong aerospace country, a strong transportation country, a strong network country and a digital China". The construction industry is a pillar industry of China's national economy and has made significant contributions to social and economic development, however, it is also facing major problems such as low production efficiency and serious waste of resources, and is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. As well as the assistance of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other technologies, big data and other technologies, digital technologies represented by blockchain technology are flourishing, which are accelerating the deepening of the global industrial division of labour and economic restructuring, and rebuilding the global economic competition pattern. As a leader in the construction industry, Company S has used some digital applications in the face of the changing market environment, and its business capabilities have improved but not to the desired effect. At the same time, in the process of digital development, there are problems such as backward digital concept and insufficient information construction. In this context, this thesis takes Company S as the research object, analyses the basic situation of the company, the macro environment and industry environment in which the company is located, the strengths and weaknesses of Company S, the existing opportunities and threats and the current situation of digitalisation, and concludes that Company S has an urgent need for digital transformation. By discussing the necessity of its digital transformation, and taking into account the vision of the group in which S Company is located, "to build a world-class digital intelligence-driven investment and construction group and lead the digital future of the construction industry", two strategic directions were formulated for S Company, namely the direction of information transformation and the direction of management mode transformation, and the direction of construction digital upgrading, product The four strategies of construction digitalisation, product digitisation, financial management digitisation and other auxiliary platform construction and the measures to be taken. We hope to help S Company break through the status quo and achieve strategic upgrading; help other construction enterprises of the same type to achieve digital transformation; and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's construction industry.
