中文摘要:摘要 对大学新生而言,踏入大学是人生的一次重大选择与转折。步入大学的新生面对不同的生活环境、信息环境、人际关系环境,需要去适应大学生活。因此,准确获取及有效利用信息是至关重要的。然而,目前关于大学新生过渡期信息搜寻行为方面的研究,当前学者还未予以充分重视与关注,有关理论成果亟待补充。 本研究以大学新生作为研究对象,运用扎根理论方法,构建大学新生信息搜寻行为的理论模型,揭示大学新生信息搜寻行为的特征与规律,探究其影响因素和内部的作用机制,分析大学新生信息源选择问题,针对性地提出大学新生信息搜寻行为的问题及引导和优化策略,从而更好的赋能大学新生教育工作。 本研究主要开展了以下几方面的工作:首先,对国内外有关信息搜寻行为方面的文献进行了梳理,对埃利斯信息搜寻行为模型、库尔斯奥(Kuhlthau)、威尔森信息行为模型、转折理论模型、农名工个人世界信息源选择模型进行分析,选取大学新生作为研究对象,初步构建访谈提纲。然后深入访谈了13位受访者,并选用扎根理论的研究方法及Nvivo 12plus软件对访谈数据进行编码和分析,最终提炼出59个初始概念、21个子类属和7个主类属,将主类属细分为描述信息搜寻具体过程的5个主类属,分别为信息需求认知、信息源选择、信息搜寻策略选择、信息筛选与评价、信息搜寻结果,以及描述信息搜寻影响因素的2个类属,分别为主体影响因素(包括个体特征、信息素养和情感因素)和客观因素(包括情境因素、社群影响、任务特征)。通过对类属间关系的进一步分析从而构建了大学新生信息搜寻行为的理论模型,分析出大学新生信息搜寻行为的影响因素及搜寻策略,最后,对大学新生信息搜寻过程中遇到的问题进行了总结,并提出提升大学新生信息搜寻行为引导与优化的策略。本研究为信息搜寻行为理论研究补充了大学新生的类型,同时对于改进大学新生信息素养教育工作具有实践应用价值。? 
英文摘要:For college freshmen, entering college is a major choice and turning point in life. They need to face different living environment, information environment, interpersonal environment, etc., to adapt to college life. Therefore, accurate selection and effective use of information is very important. However, current scholars have not paid enough attention to the research on information searching behavior of college freshmen during the transitional period, and relevant theoretical achievements need to be added. This study takes college freshmen as the research object, uses the grounded theory method to build a theoretical model of college freshmen information searching behavior, reveals the characteristics and rules of college freshmen information searching behavior, explores its influencing factors and internal mechanism, analyzes the information source selection of college freshmen, and puts forward the problems and guidance and optimization strategies of college freshmen information searching behavior. So as to better empower college freshmen education. This research mainly carried out the following aspects of work: Firstly, the domestic and foreign literature on information searching behavior is sorted out, and the Ellis information searching behavior model, Kuhlthau, Wilson information behavior model, transition theory model, agricultural famous workers personal world information source selection model is analyzed. The freshmen are selected as the research object, and the interview outline is initially constructed. Then, 13 interviewees were deeply interviewed, and the grounded theory research method and Nvivo 12plus software were used to encode and analyze the interview data. Finally, 59 initial concepts, 21 subcategories and 7 main categories were extracted, and the main categories were subdivided into 5 main categories describing the specific process of information search. They are information demand cognition, information source selection, information search strategy selection, information screening and evaluation, information search results, and two categories describing the influencing factors of information search, namely subject influencing factors (including individual characteristics, information literacy and emotional factors) and objective factors (including situational factors, community influence and task characteristics). Through the further analysis of the relationship between the categories, a theoretical model of information searching behavior of college freshmen is constructed, and the influencing factors and search strategies of information searching behavior of college freshmen are analyzed. Finally, the problems faced in the process of information searching for college freshmen are summarized, the information source selection of college freshmen is analyzed in detail, and the strategies to improve information literacy of college freshmen are proposed. This study supplements the types of college freshmen for the theoretical research of information searching behavior and has practical application value for improving the information literacy education of college freshmen.
