中文摘要：	互联网平台企业作为推动数字经济发展的重要力量，已成为推动构建新发展格局、建设现代化经济体制的关键力量。事物的发展过程并不是一帆风顺的，互联网平台企业蓬勃向上的同时，在数据安全方面面临着诸多问题与挑战。滴滴等互联网平台企业数据安全事件频出，直接影响国家安全、公共利益以及用户权益。因此，加强互联网平台企业的数据风险防范与应对刻不容缓。当前，国内外学者在数据风险治理方向的研究主体主要集中在政务数据，对平台企业的数据风险相关研究较少。本文旨在通过当前流行的平台企业数据风险分析风险致因，总结互联网平台企业数据风险预警的关键因素，最后提出互联网平台企业数据风险治理对策。 本文首先回顾了国内外互联网平台企业数据风险治理研究方面的相关文献，总结出当前研究的不足，以此明确研究问题。通过搜集国内外主要互联网平台企业数据安全事件，识别出导致安全事件发生的数据风险，按照风险威胁对象与风险损失形态的标准对风险进行分类，探寻导致数据风险出现的原因。然后根据风险致因以及风险威胁对象，有针对性地设计访谈提纲和确定访谈对象，使用NVivo 12质性分析工具对访谈数据进行三级编码分析，得到互联网平台企业数据风险预警关键影响因素模型。 最后，基于风险致因与编码分析得到的数据风险预警因素，分别从增强平台数据合规性、健全管理体系、防范数据资源风险、加大技术投入四个角度提出了应对互联网平台企业数据风险的对策和建议。
英文摘要：	As an important force in promoting the development of the digital economy, Internet platform enterprises have become a key force in promoting the construction of a new development pattern and building a modern economic system. The development process of things is not always smooth, and while Internet platform enterprises are flourishing, they are facing many problems and challenges in terms of data security. The frequent occurrence of data security incidents in Internet platform enterprises such as DiDi has directly affected national security, public interests and the rights of users. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the data risk prevention and response of Internet platform enterprises. Currently, scholars at home and abroad have mainly focused on government data in the direction of data risk governance, with less research related to data risk of platform enterprises. This paper aims to analyze the causes of risk through the current popular data risks of platform enterprises, summarize the key factors of data risk warning of Internet platform enterprises, and finally propose countermeasures for data risk governance of Internet platform enterprises. This paper first reviews the relevant literature on data risk governance research of Internet platform enterprises at home and abroad, and summarises the shortcomings of current research in order to clarify the research questions. By collecting data security incidents of major Internet platform enterprises at home and abroad, we identify the data risks that lead to security incidents, classify the risks according to the criteria of risk threat objects and risk loss patterns, and discuss the causes of data risks. Then, according to the causes of risks and risk threat objects, we designed interview outlines and identified interviewees in a targeted manner, and used the NVivo 12 qualitative analysis tool to conduct three-level coding analysis of interview data to obtain a model of key influencing factors for data risk early warning of Internet platform enterprises. Finally, based on the data risk early warning factors obtained from the risk causation and coding analysis, countermeasures and suggestions for addressing data risks in Internet platform enterprises were proposed from four perspectives: enhancing platform data compliance, improving management systems, preventing data resource risks, and increasing technological investment.
