中文摘要：	夜间经济是日间经济的延伸，也是现代经济重要的组成部分，其发展表现对一个城市的经济发展具有重要意义。2023年随着疫情全面放开，居民的消费消费意愿得到较大规模的释放，在此背景下，发展夜间经济更是稳定消费市场、恢复消费信心的重要抓手，各地纷纷出台了夜间经济相关的利好政策，通过延长夜间经营时间、丰富夜间消费业态和场景、提升服务供给质量等方式，增加城市夜晚的“烟火气”。但由于夜间经济在我国的发展时间不长，前期发展模式较为粗放，发展夜间经济也面临诸多挑战。本文旨在量化分析一个区域的夜间经济现状，从而提出有针对性的优化策略。 本文首先介绍了夜间经济和城市商圈的概念，包括其定义、历史发展和研究现状。随后以上海市吴中路商圈为实例商圈，分析其夜间经济发展的现状和问题。接下来引入层次分析法相关模型，建立城市商圈夜间经济评估体系。该评估体系根据夜间消费环境、夜间消费业态、商圈实力这三个主要因素对城市商圈的夜间经济进行评估。为了便于对实例商圈的分析，本文引入模糊综合评估法对评估体系进行模糊综合评分。最后，根据实例商圈的夜间经济发展现状，收集相关相关数据，对其进行量化指标分析。从而提出对实例商圈夜间经济表现的优化建议。最后，本文将讨论基于层次分析法的研究结果和意义，以及未来可能的发展和研究方向。 本文在梳理国内外夜间经济的发展基础上，引入层次分析法研究模型，构建城市商圈的夜间经济表现评估体系，使商圈的夜间经济发展可评估、可测量，对城市商圈了解其夜间经济现状与问题，制定有效的夜间经济发展策略，提供了一定的理论支持。另外本文研究的实例商圈在发展夜间经济中遇到的问题具有一定的代表性，针对同类商圈本文也提出了适用性的解决方案，为后疫情时代下推动夜间经济可持续发展提供有益的实践借鉴。
英文摘要：	Night-time economy is an extension of day-time economy and an important part of modern economy. Its development is of great significance to the economic development of a city. With the full release of the epidemic in 2023, the development of the night economy is an important starting point for stabilizing the consumer market. However, due to the short development time of night economy in our country, the development of night economy also faces many challenges. This paper first introduces the concept of night economy and urban business district, including its definition, historical development and research status. Then, taking the Wuzhong Road commercial district in Shanghai as an example commercial district, it analyzes the current situation and problems of its night-time economic development. Next, introduce the relevant model of AHP to establish the night-time economic evaluation system of urban commercial districts. The evaluation system evaluates the night-time economy of urban commercial districts based on three main factors: night-time consumption environment, night-time consumption formats, and business district strength. In order to facilitate the analysis of the example business district, this paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to perform fuzzy comprehensive scoring on the evaluation system. Finally, according to the status of night-time economic development of the example business district, relevant data are collected, and quantitative indicators are analyzed. This paper constructs the night performance evaluation system of urban business districts so that the night-time economic development of commercial districts can be evaluated and measured. The current situation and problems of the economy and the formulation of effective nighttime economic development strategies provide certain theoretical support and provide useful practical references for promoting the sustainable development of the nighttime economy in the post-epidemic era.
