| 中文摘要: | 在全球范围留学需求依旧旺盛、国内开办的国际课程项目仍处于高速发展期的大背景下,不断变化的竞争局势对国际课程项目管理提出了新的挑战,教育服务的客户也对教育质量水平提出了更高的诉求。 本文以中等教育领域、公立学校国际部开办的国际预科证书课程(IBDP)项目作为研究对象,结合在传统工业和服务业中已得到广泛应用的全面质量管理(TQM)理论开展研究。采用在线调查问卷与业内人士访谈结合的方法,探究行业中存在的共性质量问题及其背后的原因。基于RK学校国际部的实际情况,利用SWOT分析模型制定了组织的质量管理策略。然后,应用全面质量管理中的“朱兰三部曲”理论,即质量计划、质量控制和质量改进共三个方面展开论述。首先对教育质量管理的性质进行了界定,并对国际课程项目的全流程质量管理主体和客体进行了阐述,明确了教育组织全面质量管理的全流程控制环节和路径,随后基于组织结构、信息沟通机制、组织文化、团队建构和持续改进等方面对RK学校IBDP课程项目进行全面质量管理体系设计与优化,实施与评估。最后,从政策制度、人力资源、信息资源三方面提出了落实质量管理体系的保障措施。 通过对质量管理体系进行优化,可以使教育项目更加高效、高质量地发展,顺应国家对于“办人民满意的教育”的诉求。与此同时,可以为行业整体发展和跨文化教育项目的本土化融合提供参考,带动更多国际教育从业者进行更深入的研究。本文的创新之处在于丰富了全面质量管理理论的应用范围,即在中学阶段的国际课程项目中的应用,并形成了一套面向实践的国际课程质量管理改进方案。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The background of this essay is the increasing high demand for studying abroad and the rapid development of domestic international curriculum programs. They are faced with new competitive situation and program management requirements have raised rapidly. Meanwhile, customers are increasingly sensitive to quality perceptions and demanding service of higher quality. The author selects the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) in public secondary school’s international departments as research object, and apply the theory of Total Quality Management (TQM) to solve the common quality problems, and explore underlying causes by online surveys and interviews with industry insiders. Based on the facts of RK school, a quality management strategy was formulated by the SWOT analysis. In addition, the "Juran Trilogy", which includes quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement, was used to discuss the nature of education industry, to clarify the subject and object of quality management, and to define the full-process control links and paths. Based on the aspects of organizational structure, communication mechanisms, culture, team building, and continuous improvement, the essay designs and optimizes the quality system for the RK school, implements and evaluates quality improvement activities and proposes guarantee measures from aspects of policy making, human resources, and information resources management. The main purpose of this article is to make the project of higher quality, in line with the national demand for education. The research significance is to provide reference for the overall development of the industry and the localized integration of cross-cultural projects, so as to promote more in-depth research by practitioners. In addition, the innovation of this article lies in enriching the application scope of the TQM theory, and forming a practical international curriculum quality management improvement plan. | |
