中文摘要:R公司集团总部位于美国,是一家复合材料应用领域世界最大的不饱和聚酯树脂和乙烯基酯树脂供应商之一,为客户提供全系列的合成树脂产品、胶衣和结构粘接剂,以生产客户所需的各类产品,覆盖面涉及从浴缸到风力涡轮机叶片。创新一直是R公司成功的关键。然而,随着客户对产品质量和产品性能要求的日益提升,如何保持领域内的领导力并保持产品的竞争优势,成为R公司迫切需要解决的问题。在商业中,一家公司的实力不仅体现在其能够为客户提供优质的产品,而且体现在为客户提供低成本产品并为客户带来持续竞争优势的产品。因此,性价比在商业战场中的作用越来越明显。 本文了借鉴了质量功能展开(QFD)以及六西格玛质量管理工具之一的实验设计(DOE)的质量管理工具,在新产品研发流程中导入了QFD和DOE等管理的相关设计优势,通过对客户需求的收集和层次化分析,得出客户详细需求的权重。同时,利用QFD管理对产品的相关质量特性进行收集和分析,得出质量特性的权重,并由此绘制出质量屋并进行全面评估得出关键质量特性。将QFD管理得出的关键质量特性,运用正交实验设计对合成树脂产品的配方进行设计优化,得出产品强度、耐热温度及产品价格的最佳匹配点。最后,利用DOE实验设计管理工具,设计大量的实验方案并进行测试和计算,筛选出合成树脂产品原料的最佳比例,优化了新产品设计的质量。 结果表明,首先使用QFD管理对客户的需求进行分析得出顾客需求的权重排序,再利用DOE质量管理工具对相关产品进行设计优化,最后得出合成树脂产品最佳的配方设计方案。这一流程极大提高了新产品开发的成功率,并由此为今后企业在相关产品的研发流程管理上提供借鉴。  
英文摘要:R Company, headquartered in the United States, is one of the world's largest suppliers of unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl ester resin in the field of composite application. It provides customers with a full range of synthetic resins, gelcoat and structural adhesives to produce various products required by customers, covering from bathtubs to wind turbine blades. Innovation has always been the key to the success of R Company. However, with the increasing requirements of customers for product quality and product performance, how to maintain the leadership in the field and maintain the competitive advantage of products has become an urgent problem for R Company to solve. In business, the strength of a company is not only reflected in its ability to provide customers with high-quality products, but also in providing customers with low-cost products and products that bring customers’ sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the role of cost-performance ratio in the commercial battlefield is becoming more and more obviously. Based on the relevant theories of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Experimental Of Design (DOE), this paper introduces the relevant design advantages of QFD and DOE management theory in the new product development process, and obtains the weight of customer's detailed requirements through the collection and hierarchical analysis of customer requirements. At the same time, the QFD management theory is used to collect and analyze the relevant technical characteristics of the product, obtain the weight of the technical characteristics, and then draw the house of quality and conduct a comprehensive evaluation to obtain the key technical characteristics. Based on the key technical characteristics of QFD management theory, the formula of synthetic resin was optimized by orthogonal experimental design, and the best matching point of product strength, heat resistance temperature and product price was obtained. Finally, using DOE experimental design management theory, a large number of experimental programs were designed, tested and calculated, and the best proportion of synthetic resin raw materials was selected and optimized the quality of new product designs. The results show that, QFD management theory is used to analyze the customers' needs and get the weight order of customers' needs, then DOE management theory is used to optimize the design of related products, and finally the best formula design scheme of synthetic resin is obtained. This process has greatly improved the success rate of new product development, and thus provides reference for enterprises in the future in the R&D process quality of related products.
