中文摘要:共建“一带一路”倡议提出近十年来,我国经济贸易秉承引进来走出去战略,对外承包工程也进入高速增长期,表现为承包领域和规模更广,涉及国家增多,与沿线国家和地区的合作越来越紧密。海外工程项目多具有周期长、不确定性、复杂性、一次性等特点,对项目供应链管理的专业性要求相对较高,项目供应链的管理水平对项目按时履约和管理成本控制有密切影响,所以工程承包企业一般会按照项目将供应链外包给专业的物流服务供应链企业。因此,对海外工程物流服务供应链管理的研究是十分必要的。 TB公司是专注于海外工程供应链的公司,为海外工程企业提供一体化供应链解决方案的物流服务供应链公司。本文以TB公司为研究对象,在对物流服务供应链、协同管理、牛鞭效应等理论梳理的基础上,通过对供应链核心企业TB公司的公司背景、业务模式、供应链模式等情况进行分析,指出TB公司供应链管理上存在的集成程度低,协同不足,牛鞭效应突出等问题,并提出集成优化措施-创建海外工程供应链服务平台和增强协同管理优化方案,包括组织结构优化,海外公司管理优化,运营模式优化和协同管理优化等方案,以提高TB公司的集成能力,协同能力,盈利能力,从而提升对以客户需求为导向的整个供应链的优化能力,保持TB公司的创新性,增强TB公司的核心竞争力。 论文的创新性在于研究海外工程物流服务供应链这一特定领域,物流服务供应链理论产生较晚,相关研究数据较少,将此理论应用于海外工程行业的寥寥无几,本文还提出物流服务供应链牛鞭效应的表现形式是物流时效的预测放大,为海外工程物流服务供应链的研究提出新的研究思路。同时研究出物流服务企业海外公司的业务模式和管理模式,实现进出口供应链的全链条循环模式,创造新的价值主张。希望通过本文的研究为海外工程物流服务同行提供借鉴。  
英文摘要:For the past ten years, China's economy and trade have been guided by a strategy of both introduction and exit, resulting in a period of rapid growth for foreign contracting projects, since the "One Belt, One Road" initiative was proposed. This has been seen in wider contracting areas, more countries involved, and a growing level of cooperation with nations and regions along the way. Due to the extended cycle period, unpredictability, intricacy, and singularity of overseas engineering projects, a high degree of expertise in project supply chain management is essential; the supply chain's managerial level has a considerable bearing on the project's punctuality and cost management. Thus, it is imperative to investigate the supply chain management of overseas engineering logistics services. TB Company, a logistics service supply chain company concentrating on overseas engineering supply chain and offering integrated supply chain solutions for overseas engineering enterprises, is the research object of this thesis. This thesis, a synthesis of logistics service supply chain, synergy management, and bullwhip effect, delves into the company background, business model, and supply chain model of TB company, the core supply chain enterprise, and identifies the issues therein. low integration, insufficient synergy and prominent bullwhip effect in the supply chain management of TB company, and proposes integration optimization measures - creating overseas The thesis proposes integration optimization measures - creating overseas engineering supply chain service platform and enhancing synergy management optimization, including organizational structure optimization, overseas company management optimization, operation mode optimization and synergy management optimization, in order to improve TB's integration capability, synergy capability and profitability, so as to enhance the ability to optimize the whole supply chain oriented to customer demand, maintain TB's innovation and enhance TB's core competitiveness. This thesis presents an innovative approach to the field of overseas engineering's logistics service supply chain, constructing a theory of the supply chain. The theory of logistics service supply chain was created late, and there are few relevant research data, and only a few have applied this theory to overseas engineering industry. Proposing that the bullwhip effect of logistics service supply chain is manifested in the form of predicted amplification of logistics time efficiency, this thesis presents fresh research ideas for the exploration of logistics service supply chain in overseas engineering. At the same time, the business model and management model of overseas companies of logistics service enterprises are studied to realize the whole chain cycle model of import and export supply chain and create a new value proposition. It is our expectation that this thesis's research will furnish a reference for those enterprise who providing engineering logistics services abroad.
