| 中文摘要: | 当前,我国煤炭、钢铁、电力等大中型企业大多采用了虚拟内部市场化经营。相对于传统的经营方式,内部市场化更趋于扁平化管理。其主要是利用利润作为经济杠杆,调动企业生产、经营等各方面的积极性,促进企业各环节思想观念和思维方式的转变,提升企业管理水平,以服务创造价值。运用内部市场化,可以使企业进行更科学地管理,降低运行费用,提升工作效率与工作品质,进而为公司带来更好的效益。内部市场化在推动我国企业的内部治理体系和创新发展中起着举足轻重的作用。同时,在实施过程中,也会面临一些不可避免的问题。 本文通过对内部市场化的概念及特点进行归纳,对 X石油公司实施内部市场化的必要性和可行性进行了分析,并对该公司内部市场化运作的现状以及所面临的现实问题进行了总结。结合 X石油公司的实际情况,提出了针对 X石油公司内部市场化运作中存在的问题的对策。主要包含有完善市场化主体的分类和管理、科学制定内部转移价格和成本管控措施、合理配置和适当分散资金管控权限、建立健全市场化机制下的绩效考核政策这几点。对于X石油公司而言,内部市场化是一种全新的管理理念,内部市场化的有效运行可以帮助公司更好地掌握内部各主体的盈利水平,促使利润主体降本增效,进而制定可持续经营发展计划,对公司发展有着重要的实践价值。同时,通过研究X石油公司内部市场化运行优化可以为其他类似企业提供管理经验和启示,推动企业市场化改革的进程。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, Chinese coal, iron and steel, electric power and other large and medium-sized enterprises mostly use the virtual internal market-oriented business. Compared with the traditional management mode, the internal market-oriented management tends to be more flat management. It mainly uses profit as an economic lever to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises in all aspects of production and operation, promote the transformation of ideas and ways of thinking in all links of enterprises, improve the level of enterprise management, and create value with service. The application of internal marketization can enable enterprises to manage more scientifically, reduce the operating costs, improve the working efficiency and quality, and bring better benefits to the company. This plays a pivotal role in promoting the internal governance system and innovative development of Chinese enterprises. At the same time, in the process of implementing, it will also face some inevitable problems. By summarizing the concept and characteristics of internal marketization, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of internal marketization in X Petroleum Company, and summarizes the current situation of the company's internal marketization operation and the practical problems it faces. Based on the actual situation of X oil Company, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the problems existing in the internal marketization operation of X Oil Company. It mainly includes perfecting the classification and management of market-oriented subjects, scientifically formulating the internal transfer price and cost control measures, rationally allocating and appropriately disperting the authority of capital control, and establishing and perfecting the performance appraisal policy under the market-oriented mechanism. For X Petroleum Company, internal marketization is a brand new management concept. The effective operation of internal marketization can help the company better grasp the profit level of each internal subject, promote the profit subject to reduce cost and increase efficiency, and then formulate a sustainable operation and development plan, which has important practical value for the development of the company. At the same time, the study of X Petroleum Company's internal market-oriented operation optimizing can provide management experience and enlightenment for other similar enterprises and promote the process of market-oriented reform of enterprises. | |
